But 7 whole times, and finally got an answer, but transferred to the electronics center. All that just to get NO answer. Ive never been let down more in my life. I am very upset and expected more from a place which meant so much to me at a point. All those purchases down the drain once i saw how rude the employers could be, to a regular like me. I am disappointed , distraught, and deranged. This has been keeping me up all day. I havent sleep in almost a week now. Please do better

Looking at the main hallway, there are a lot of empty spaces along with a Good Will store, which brings a bit of traffic to Cressona. I'm not sure how the mall regularly does, but it seems to me that the mall is on its last licks before closure. There is no food court or any food stores (places) to stop at. This is a great place to stop for your needs or also just to kill time. With its pros, the hallway looks pretty clean and well maintained. The shopping center has plenty of other stores to choose from.

The interior and architecture are pretty neat to look at, as it carries a somewhat 70s 80s feel especially with the neon lights up. It's awesome to see how big the departments are just by looking around. Many of the items are easily found which are laid out from active, coats, dresses, and accessories, to name a few. Each department looks pretty well kept up which seems to me, that not a lot of recovery needs to be done. It would be great to see more employees out on the sales floor to provide quick assistance. Boscov's has a lot to choose from - take advantage of them.

What I like about this Walmart vs. the Bloomsburg Walmart, is this store seems to have a better and more frequently restocked selection of items. The selection of items in the freezer section stands out. Where this Walmart loses out is due to being in a high theft area, a significant number of items are behind glass or locked up in some form. If a store does this, they need to have employees available at all times to come and get the items unlocked. This store does not seem to have those employees in the evenings to pull this off based on the roughly 10 minutes wait I had on a Friday evening. I left without the item. The self-checkout systems here are not as user friendly as other's I've seen, and the area to use them is constrained in space on the grocery side. This is also probably due to theft issues. Overall, I do like coming to this Walmart despite it being out of my way for the better selection compared to the Bloomsburg store.

To make matters worse, I spent way too much time going in circles with Walmart's chat system just trying to reach a human. After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

There is a Boscovs, TJ MAXX, Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, Planet Fitness, Encore Shoe Department, Gertrude Hawk, Bath and Body Works, and a smattering of others. There is an Italian restaurant that smells amazing, I would have loved to try it, but I wasn't hungry. The mall was much more lively than I remembered in the past. In the past it was reminiscent of the dying terminally ill Coventry Mall. I wasn't loving the TJ MAXX and I'm not a fan of Old Navy so I didn't bother even going in there. I love Hobby Lobby, but since I went on a Sunday- it wasn't open. If you are looking to kill time, I recommend it! Definitely not a destination place. The mall seemed clean and the bathrooms I encountered were clean too.

She's also notoriously about being late, she arrived an hour late so we had ample time to checkout the nearby shops and stores. My love of this store is solely based on the candy section. I'm a sweets and treats person, I love CANDY. Growing up in New York, we had lots of candy stores. The candy selection was huge. So many choices and options, I saw candy I hadn't seen in 30 years. Once you are outside New York, you lose the mom and pop stores that supplied the candies. It was a big, clean store with fruit and vegetables priced that was amazingly low. The local was close by to the buffet. This would be a great day trip into Amish country. You should check it out.
