No answer until I hung up.
    David S.

Over 20 minutes waiting for help to pull down big bins that needed a ladder. After 10 mints asked cashier to please call someone, came back after a while to request help again and they never came. To add to this, cam home disappointed, called the Big Lots and asked for the manager and they put me in hold over 7 minutes until I hung up, no manager answered. No wonder service is this poor. Don't go to Big Lots.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. Plenty of items in stock, great deals, the staff is relatively friendly, and even if they're not who cares, I know exactly what I need I get it and I leave. People wanna complain about the lines, OK sure they're pretty long. But have you ever been to any Bank of America? Or how about the DMV or the Publix deli at the Douglas location? Same thing, deal with it if you wanna save the money.

I hate coming to this store...and do so only in extreme circumstances. Lines are 7-8 people long, with 3 registers open... AND 5-6 EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING AROUND. Not bad customer service....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Came here to get last-minute toilet paper. This place was a HOT MESS. My fault for waiting to last minute. This place is always packed with fabulous deals. The only problem is the management & staff. Very disorganized. Until the get that to together, they will always be a MESS.

We found the elusive Boo Berry cereal we could never ever find as kids!!

It was popular with tourists and locals until a decline in the 2000's due to more attractive competition in the area. After being sold several times it underwent a major renovation by Federal Realty and partners. The north wing of the mall was demolished to make way for offices. The Cheesecake Factory, Fat Tuesday and Victoria's Secret were replaced with independent boutiques, offices, and community spaces to better fit in with Coconut Grove's bohemian urban village. Other features added included a large open-air plaza, foliage, a mini waterfall, trees and a modern design intended to blend in with the surrounding Coconut Grove neighborhood. I came to Coconut Grove to attend the King Mango Strut Festival and while standing on the sidewalk in front of CocoWalk I saw a beehive of activity. I hadn't been here in years and I was surprised to see how nice it is. After the parade I stopped in to check it out and left impressed wit hthe changes that have been made. Cinepolis, the movie theater has stood the test of time and it is now joined by 3D Botanico Gin & Cookhouse, Brows, Blue Mercury, Chase, Chop, Coco Cigars, Edward Beiner, El Bagel, Europann-USA, Eva, FP Movement, Gas Bijoux, Infinity, Misterpi, Montce, Narbona, Planta Queen, Skinlab by Barba, sportive, Sushi Garage, Sweetgreen, School of Rock, The Spot Barbershop, and The Oyster Bar. In addition to beauty services, classes, dining, and shopping they also offer events in the courtyard like story time, music, and Pilates. After the parade I enjoyed an ice cream cone from Salt and Straw in the tropical, open-air courtyard. The lush landscaping, outdoor seating, and relaxed urban-village feel make this pleasant place in the Grove to hang out and pass time. If there is one large drawback to CocoWalk it would be that finding affordable parking in the Grove is always a challenge.

I'm so glad I took the recommendation. First and foremost, downtown Miami is nothing like it was over 10 years ago. The transformation is incredible. The skyline is filled with stunning high-rise buildings, beautiful hotels, clean streets, and the entire area feels modern, upscale, and safe. It's immaculate and a completely different vibe from South Beach. After visiting, I can honestly say my next trip to Miami will likely be centered around Brickell instead. As for Brickell City Centre itself, it's an impressive, world-class shopping destination. The mall is beautifully designed, spotless, and home to just about every luxury and popular retail brand you can think of. The selection of shops and restaurants is excellent. Most of the dining options are located on the upper level, although you'll find additional restaurants scattered throughout the mall. The open-air design, connected by escalators, makes it easy to navigate, and there's even a movie theater on the top floor. The center is divided into the East and North Blocks, which are well connected. My only complaint was getting an Uber after my visit. Finding the mall was easy, but getting picked up was another story. I waited over 15 minutes because the app repeatedly directed my driver to a different pickup location. I was standing outside the East Block near the Nespresso boutique, yet my driver kept being routed toward the North Block near Bally. If you're planning to use Uber or Lyft, allow yourself some extra time and double-check the designated pickup location before requesting your ride. Other than that minor inconvenience, Brickell City Centre exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami.

There's a wide range of stores catering to different budgets--from typical mall stores to high-end luxury shops. The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.
