I could not get it to go forward just reverse, I tried turning it off and back on, I stood up and sat back down, everything I could think of. I had to back that thing from sporting goods to the GM side door. I passed three Walmart associates and one of them some kind of manager, tried to get their attention to the situation but was ignored, got all the way to the GM door and told the person on the door her name tag said Antoinette, she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored it. What has happened to customer service, what has happened to people to make them ignore you. Walmart corporate I hope you read this either fix these carts so those of us who can't walk all over your store to get things can do our shopping or get better employees.

I do not know how long this store has been open but it has recently opened in the D'Iberville shopping center in the promenade north of I-10. Yelp asked if they have EV charging stations. They do not. However, they have a few on the east side of the promenade and one south at the BMW dealership. It is in the area but kind of far from this location. This store is not as big as the other stores around the country. With that being said, it boasts a decent selection of goods. Who knows, you might find a good deal or a style you are looking for? I…read moreknow what their policies and procedures are and I know how things generally work in the company. That being said, this is such a sorry excuse for a Kohl's. It's a relatively small store, but every time I've been in, the store has been a mess... Especially in the misses department, it seems like nothing is organized. It gets very frustrating, but I do understand that they might not have the hours to get the floor recovered 100% all the time. My main issue with this store is the staff. It's rare to see an associate on the sales floor at all in this store, and they usually seem to have a lack of cashiers available. More importantly, almost any employee I've interacted with, usually at the register or at customer service, has been unfriendly and unhelpful. It's pretty off putting and a huge reason why I dislike going into this particular Kohl's. The only reasons I've given this store two stars instead of one is because they recently remodeled their cosmetics and fragrance area and it is beautiful. Also, I typically find what I need in the store, so inventory isn't an issue.
