I called this business looking for boarding. The owner that I spoke to was very rude. I have never had to board my dog so I had a few questions such as... Do I bring my own food? Can I visit the kennel prior to booking. She told me that my questions were the dumbest things that she had ever heard and shot back a snotty remark to everything that I asked. I was told that I can not bring my own food for my dog because she uses only the best chicken/rice formula. That's all wonderful however my did has issues with rice. She was not in the least bit interested in my business and as far as I am concerned people this rude should not provide services caring for pets. Giving this business 1 star is generous. I don't believe that any of my questions were out of the ordinary and I guarantee that if she had to board her dog that she wouldn't settle for that kind of treatment. read more
