And she did all the other things I wanted: steamed all floors. My second experience was not so good in the bathrooms the showers were not cleaned neither were the floors. The maid only vacuumed my floors and didn't mop them like I asked When I wrote to the company to state what happened no one got back to me or provided any insight or help. We used their services for deep cleaning our house a few times and also to clean it prior to our listing the house for sale. We had nothing but great experiences!! The cleaning crew always arrived on time and got straight to work. They were very sensitive to the fact we had a dog in the house and tried to move through the house in a way that we could isolate our dog in a room away from where they were cleaning. With great attention to detail, they made sure to do a thorough job, even leaving our toilet paper folded with a cute sticker on the end and a dog treat on the counter when they were done! The owners are very responsive to feedback and questions. Their cleaning rates are on point with other cleaners in the area. I would highly recommend their services!

When I interviewed with him, I said the most important thing for me was flexibility because of my working schedule. He promised that he could deliver and give me what I had asked. Then he started to manipulate the schedule. Said because he did not have any other customers in Holmen on the day that we agreed to, it needed to be changed to a day that was not accommodating for me. He said it was not worth it to send a crew from La Crosse to Holmen for one client. Keep in mind that his services are expensive and he thought traveling from La Crosse to Holmen was too far?? He kept requesting that I leave my house open or give them access to it while I was at work, which is a big safety concern and which I am not comfortable doing. I prefer being home when anyone comes to clean. There was no flexibility as he had promised, and it was Tuesdays or nothing! He was very condescending in his replies to me. Another thing that occurred prior to each cleaning visit is that he would text me with a time only to text the day of the cleaning appointment with a different time. I talked with him about the need for consistency and once again was promised he could deliver, but of course it did not happen. Very frustrated and very disappointed. Maybe the company should consider a new manager?

Laura is very open to feedback and we have enjoyed an open and constructive relationship on adjustments that can be made to further improve their service. While they are a little pricier than some - I feel it is a good trade off. They always show up, do a good job, are nice to my animals, and I have never had an issue with theft.
