He was humorous and respected every customer that came in. Jason is multitasker. While helping customers, he answered phones and was very respectful to those on the other end of the phone! Oil changed in October. Oil filter not tightened.we went back and had it done properly. AC quit just about a day later. Not being summer we let it go. Today we took it to get fixed. We have never, ever had our AC serviced yet it was overcharged at some point. Well we put 2 and 2 together and will never be back to BIg O. read more

Called to get quote. Guy gave me quote. Said bring her in we have plenty of those tires. Typical used cars man sales talk. Get there and as expected "we are out must have sold them" "I can have some sumos here tomorrow" (why can't you have the cheaper ones here tomorrow?) I didn't ask because I'm use to getting the fucking run around. I needed tires. The ones I got were better anyway. It is what it is. ANYWAY, guy tells me alignment is good for a year and because it was Presidents' Day "included in the price" I said so "free?" He said "absolutely" I pay and guess what he charged me for? An adjustment. again, needing tires and being absolutely fed up with the "used car sales men" shit I just paid the man. Still not a bad deal. Justified. When the time came for me to get the email and "rate" them I brought it up. Just like I am now. But with a whole lot more detail. I told them exactly what I purchased. At the end it says "would you like to be contacted about this issue" or something I said yes. This "manager" dude calls me and says "is this Jenny?" Yup. He says "how can I help you?" I said I dunno bud you called me. Is this about the bad review? He says "I don't know. Manager told me to call you. About your bridge stones." Nope sorry bud I didn't buy bridge stones. He says " well then what do you want?" I'm laughing out loud at this point I said bud you called me and you don't even know why? He says "guess not have a great day." And hangs up. What a shit show. So tired of the "used car sales man pitch" maybe the manager should have done his resource before he called me. No worries though. I have the tires. You got my money. So you're welcome. Brought my truck in for a simple alignment. Paid for the alignment and the one year alignment package. They said the work was complete and that they test drove it after to make sure work was fine. They did not test drive it because I was there at the shop when they pulled it out of the garage and now the truck drives worse than before. I called and told them that and they said they are not used to lifted trucks so maybe that was why. I went in the following day to ask for a refund and they refused saying that an alignment was done so they would not refund it and when I asked for the manager to take a test drive to show him he refused saying he couldn't leave even though there was a shop full of people there. I told them that I felt like I was being ripped off and all they could offer was for them to "try and do the work again". It's only $150 but I can't trust them with my vehicle anymore after getting my truck back worse than when I dropped it off. I have been using this location for years and even purchased the alignment package for a year and planned on using them again but after this all I want is my money back as the work wasn't completed at all. read more

I have been taking my car to Big O for tires and oil changes since it was brand new. After my last visit I was hearing vibration and rubbing underneath the car and I took it to the dealer, as it is under warranty. The dealer said that all of the bolts and fasteners that hold the undercarriage to the car were either missing or snapped off. I can think of no one else that could have done this other than Big O as I have not taken the car anywhere else. That is shoddy work and not representative of what Big O stands for. I had a nail in my tire 2 weeks ago on Sunday. Big O Tires was the only Tire Shop open. Jason Tostado the store manager at 6195 W. Bell Rd. In Glendale Az is amazing and outstanding. They fixed the nail in my tire but they found something more of an issue. Unfortunately I was in no position to pay for the work that needed to be done it was going to coste $1,3445.95 . I had no one to help me at all.Jason the store Manager was genuinely concerned for me and my son it wasn't safe for me to drive at all. They have a program that they offer . I qualified and I prayed and prayed . Thank you to Bug O Tires and the The Team and especially the store manager Jason Tostado for making me feel safe to drive my vehicle with my kids. Apparently under new ownership and looking to fleece it's customers. We have serviced our 4 cars at this location since 2008. All of our tires, oil changes, you name it. My 18 year old son takes his car in for an oil change today and after they are done tell him it will be $67. He knows that isn't right so he calls me and I talk with them. "Oops, looks like we added it up wrong, its actually $25. Sorry." Yeah right, trying to rip off a kid who they think won't know any better. I had a Groupon for 3 oil changes for a really cheap price so I came in here on a Friday mid morning. So I came purely for the oil change and of course they call my name to tell me the other things that are 'wrong' with my car. They said I needed 4 new tires and a top and bottom radiator hose. Hmmm that's interesting considering a day before I came here I was at the tire place where i purchased the tires and they told me to drive another 1,000 miles before I had them rotated. I told the man okay yeah yeah yeah i'll come back another time. That turned me off big time. Don't try to get over on me just because i'm a girl and I may look like I haven't a clue about cars. Ok, the last thing I wanted to do on my Thanksgiving visit to Phoenix, was to get new tires. I was driving from Denver when I noticed for the 2nd time in a week that my car was sounding funny since I got my oil change and tire rotation. (Another review, which won't be five stars from the dealership will be forthcoming) I couldn't place it, but figured everything was fine. (Known fact: I know nothing about cars) During Thanksgiving, I had my friend's brother, who is a mechanic, drive with me to Starbucks so he can hear what I was hearing. He got out of the car and vanished. I am like, where did he go? He was bent down looking at my tires. My two front tires sidewalls were completely toast. So, the next day I called my dealership on a price on my tires. I got two tires from them last time and they matched Discount tires price. This time, not so much, and they were going to charge me $350 for two tires. I knew that was extremely high for my Nissan Sentra. That is when I went to where I found amazing reviews for Big O Tires. They priced out my tires, with the warranty, for $194 for two tires. SAME TIRES that ABC Nissan were going to give me, btw. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I can't recommend this place enough. The entire staff is friendly, honest and trustworthy. They have told me when I didn't need work done (when I thought I did) and fixed flats for free. The full service option is also great. I stopped in before a road trip and got a front end alignment, oil change and new wiper blades. My first time at Big O Tire. I had a promotion lube discount including tire rotation so after reading these reviews I decided to go to that location and I am very happy, I did. Call in the morning for an appointment, they had an opening at 1 pm. Got there on time, the car went in at 1:20, they completed all the work an I left at 2:12 pm. They noticed an anomaly with the brakes and discussed the issue with me, not trying to get any extra work or money, just a prevention advise. The technician that work on my car took the time to torque the bolts on the tires manually and to wipe the door handle after he finished, so I can truthfully say they appear to be very conscientious. I will returned there any doubt and also if I'm shopping for tires I will certainly see them for an estimate. Thank you guy. read more

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! I got an oil change in the beginning of January and have not even put two thousand miles on my car since then. The oil in my car is absolutely filthy and is the color of coffee. When I got my oil changed back in January, it was quicker and took less time than expected which was odd to me. On our way to a spring training game tire went flat. Called the nearest BiG O, about 2 miles away. Even with them closing in 30 min there was zero hesitation to help me out. About 20 min later my tire was repaired and ready to roll. Everyone from the guy who took my key to the guy who fixed my tire was above and beyond nice. Excellent customer service! Took my Jeep in for an oil change and then afterwards noticed an odd noise. They changed my oil and my filter again for free and it ended up being an entirely different issue that was unrelated. They even researched online what the problem might be which was very helpful and turned out to be correct. Will definitely go back. read more

Front desk guy tried to tell me that my truck needed $1,080.00 repairing (front wheel bearing, struts...etc). I will not be bringing or suggesting bringing any kind of vehicle here as the people working here probably could not build a little tike car. I had a family member bring in a car of mine because i noticed that the A/C was not blowing any cold air. Upon arrival around 3:00 on Saturday, April 25th my family member told them 2 things, 1. The A/C is not blowing cold air and 2. The A/C makes a sound when you turn it up from "3" to "4" that, for lack of a better phrase, sounds like the car is not even close to "Okay". They then decided to completely ignore #2 and told my family member that the only thing they could do was add Freon and Dye to hopefully find a leak or not find a leak!! I agreed to this because as i a customer i had assumed that they would have checked all their respective bases with the car. Since my family member had informed them about the sound i had assumed they had already looked into that but i was greatly mistaken. After they completed the only "first step there is in these kind of situations", they returned the car back to my family member who when she turned on the car then the A/C she was immediately met with a sound that was told to me as "Painful" to the ears and not a single bit of cold air was present. Once my family member experienced this she immediately informed the store of the issue and was told that it might be the motor that powers the A/C... You mean to tell me that the actual issue is what you seemed to have ignore, that we TOLD you about? You're telling me that, 1. not a single person decided to look at that motor before they put more Freon/Dye in, hence why they went with the easy/quick fix that got them done quicker, 2. Not a single person decided to i don't know, maybe turn the car on and try the A/C that i am PAYING you to fix? Did you really think that we would not check to see if what you just fixed was actually fixed or do you guys regularly not check things you just finished? or was it just that you believe that people who bring you their cars don't know what they are talking about ever? On top of all of this i am now being charged for both things since you know, they had no idea the A/C motor wasn't working properly...;/// AH crap, i forgot, I DID TELL THEM ABOUT IT TL;DR Lazy, Scammers, Lacking Common Sense of a Toddler, Inability to do their job. read more

First off, when I came here to get my tires replaced on my Lexus, they put the wrong size tires. I told the manager my wheels are staggered, meaning front and back are different sizes. The manager at the time, basically told me I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about. That was the first red flag. I should've just left, but instead of ordering the correct tires like he said he would, be still ordered the same size as the front. I go back to a different big o tires and they actually told me to go raise some hell because it damaged my car. So that's exactly why I did. Dan Debusk was nice enough to replace my rear tired for free and give me a deal on replacing my fronts as well. Looking on my previous front tire receipt I saved all of a whopping three dollars. He also concluded our business with telling me that I needed to replace my air filter, because it was in his own words "disgusting". I told him that I had one at home and I would replace, knowing that I had also just replace my air filter a few weeks ago. I just took my car in to get an oil change at a different store today and they confirmed with me that my air filter looks brand new. they also overcharge for said air filters. Valvoline has them for $19, here they try to upsell you to $69. I will never be coming back to this company nor will I let any friends coworkers or acquaintances. They will lose your records and you'll be left with no resolution!!!! read more

Best tire buying experience! Went in Thursday at 530pm, my tires were in at 8am Friday morning. They were fast friendly and efficient. I went to 3 different tire competitors and they were $100 cheaper for the same tires. Just made my first visit and was very impressed. My tire was going flat so I brought I dropped it off and they called me to pick it up within the hour. They were able to fix it quickly and gave the best customer service which is so important to me. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to help, especially since I brought it in towards the end of they day on a weekend.
