Had been coming here for 5 years until today. Recently got a tire swap from winter to all season. Also an alignment in this process as well. They did it, no problems or nothing said. Fast forward 3-4 days to today, I'm in the mountains and feeling vibrations unnatural to the car with no reason for them. I take it to another Big O. They test drive, and come back to me with "your tires are stripped and not balanced properly and your front driver side control arm is about to break. I don't know why they installed these tires and said nothing about the arm". Yep so lack of integrity is huge with this location and these employees. Go to a different location. read more

They got me right in without an appointment, took care of my car, changed my rotor and brake pads in the rear of my car and was back on the road in no time! I came here since I have a Big O. Credit card which is really helpful since there is no interest on purchases for 6 months! They even gave me a free coffee / tea cup as a thank you for being a loyal customer. This review is on behalf of my 89 year old mother: My first experience with this location was last week. The tire pressure indicator light was on and I was concerned. My daughter was assisting me with some errands and we saw this Big O and stopped to check the tire pressure. Markis came right out of the bay area, checked the pressures and even checked the spare....which was flat. The other tires weren't low so it was likely that a sensor was bad. I felt heard, respected and safe. The tire pressure light was still on so yesterday I called and made an appointment for today to fix the electronic sensor. Benjamin, the manager, and Ceasar, the technician, took great care of my car and fixed the one sensor that was causing the indicator light to be on. I received a spot on quote, a military discount and a 12,000 mile warranty. Again I left feeling heard, respected and safe. Don't use them unless you can afford them double charging you for service. When we noticed that they had double charged us they said it was a mistake and that we had to wait 5-7 days for the charge to be reversed back to us. More then that passed and the refund never came. We even got it in writting and they would not honor that. When the store kept fighting me on it I went to my bank and made a formal complaint against this business. The bank themselves told me to cancel the whole thing since Big O was acting fishy and that they should have known that if the refund wasn't showing as pending on the account right away that it wasn't going to go through at all. When I reached out again to Big O and told them to cancel the whole thing the manager Alan giving me a hard time that the refund had went through. I told him my bank confirmed it hadn't and that I was going to take what they were doing public. That caught his attention and he said, "what do you mean public?" I told him TikTok, YouTube, the news and only then did he say "Fine, I'm just going to stop fighting you and give you the refund." He admitted to fighting me for my own money. I kept my end of the deal and didn't take it to those outlets, but the public still needs to know how crooked this location is and the only way to get them to act honest is to take it public. First time visitor at this Big O. I had a flat tire and my boyfriend dropped off a single tire this morning right at 7am to get a new sensor. George, the tech who was assisting us, seemingly had little idea of what do do. We asked for a sensor on the tire. He said "do you want me to throw the tire away?" No. "Do you want me to throw the wheel away?" No! Replace the sensor please. We heard nothing all day so we just went to pick it up 5:15pm and the front desk representative, Anay Torres was remarkably rude. Today is a snowy day, and I understand it must be really busy, but she stared at me when I explained I was there to pick up a single tire. I explained it again and then rolled her eyes and said she knew absolutely nothing. So George comes out and says "what it is you wanted?" We said hello, were here for the tire you replaced the sensor on. And he's like okay no problem I can do it in five minutes and goes to the garage. Wait, what? You had my tire for ten hours and didn't already do it? So I asked Anay why it took so long to get this replaced and she threw her hands up in the air, cut me off and said "I don't know I don't know that's not my job and there's nothing I can do, so, it is what it is." Well OKAY then. Then I showed her a $5 off Yelp coupon and she's like "what's that supposed to be?" "It's a Yelp coupon for $5 off at this Big O." Then she rolls her eyes again and sarcastically typed on the computer. Oh and to top it off, they LEFT THE OLD SENSOR INSIDE MY TIRE. It shakes around inside when you roll it. I have no choice but to put it back on my tire so I can drive to work tomorrow, so if my tire gets destroyed, I'm going to expect this franchise to replace it. I really cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism here. Haha wow. TLDR; go to a different big O. Saturday evening caught a screw in a rear tire. I have only the one car, so I had to get a repair Sunday. Not every tire repair shop is open on Sundays, so I was prepared to take what I could get. Big O Tires on Abilene was a pleasant surprise - got me in almost immediately when I arrived. Less than an hour and I was back on the road. The repair is still holding 5 days later. Great job all around, and open when no one else is. To top it off, the repair was *free*. I know free repairs are available at some tire shops where you bought the tires, but this was no questions asked. Open when I needed them, good work, and free. That's 5 stars. read more

Big O Tires at 796 S Abilene Street Aurora CO Briant, Ricco and Caesar are amazing !! They educated me on tires, helped me find new ones and even willing to drive to Tire Rack to get new snow tires. Turns out I had a warranty on 1 bad tire so Tire Rack sent new tire to Big O and just had my snow tires put on. I used to go to the one on Havana (closer to home) but no more. I visited this Big O because a friend if mine worked there. i go in today to get tires and all of a sudden I need to pay first before they order them, "new policy" the guy tells me. I have had this car for 5 years and have never had to pre pay for my tires. Too many things can go wrong and its always hard to get your money back. I came in on Friday because a few dash lights finally remained on long enough to get it somewhere to diagnose. The guy at the front counter, Andrew I believe, listened to the problem I was having. I let him know I recently had repairs on my car about a month ago at a different location and was wondering if they could take a look to see if any of my tire sensors had been knocked loose. My car was placed on a rack within minutes and he let me know all the sensors were intact. He said he would check out the vehicle more thoroughly if I wanted to bring it back the next morning. I brought my car back, and it looked like one of the parts that was replaced didn't hold up. So the part was replaced. They took it out for a test drive to make sure my lights didn't come back on. So far, it's only been a couple miles... but they said if it happened again, to bring it back in. I really appreciate the level of customer service, honesty and speed of work. Absolutely the worst of tire company I've ever dealt with. Owner was really helpful yesterday trying to get my business. I came in yesterday to order new tires put on my car. They were supposed to be ordered yesterday. They weren't. Today owner told me it would be an hour and a half. After an hour and a half they hadn't even started working on my car. I'm now looking at 4 hours here and it's always a few more minutes 20 more minutes 30 more minutes.... we have all these cars ahead of you..... always an excuse. Made the sincere mistake of going to this Big O to have my tires balanced and get an alignment. After the tires were balanced, and 3 of the 4 tires were replaced, 3 of there employees tried putting the drivers side rear on to no avail. Then they decided to tell me that when they took the tire off (an hour earlier) that one of the studs broke and two others stripped out. To their dismay and surprise, I had been sitting across the parking lot while waiting and noticed that one employee tried to put the tire on, and then another, and then a third. Then they decided to tell me "I" had a problem. When I asked why they didn't say something when they took the tire off, the employee I was speaking to, Jennifer, stated that's what happens when you hire 18 yr olds. Then she asked what I wanted to do? What do I want to do? I want you to fix what you obviously broke/stripped. So Jennifer went about trying to find parts nearby and then told me it was going to be expensive because they'd have to come from Dodge. I asked if they expected that I was going to pick the cost of it all up and she flatly stayed, "yes". When I explained that wasn't going to happen since they didn't feel it was necessary to tell me about the broken stud and two stripped studs when they took the wheel off. Which of course leads me to believe they very well made have caused the damage themselves. Then another gentleman, the Mgr. Andrew, decided to intervene and state that if I would pick up the cost of the new hub ($95), they would cover the new studs and labor. So I went to get tires balanced and an alignment for $102, and an hour later I'm being told it's gonna cost me another $95 and they aren't sure when it will be done. Wow. Make a mistake, blame it on the 18 yr old, then take no responsibility for any of it after the fact. Big O must have an awesome employee and management training program. To be sure, after they correct their mistake and I pay for it, I won't, and I'll make sure no one I know, EVER goes to Big O again. Anywhere. Well, of course it's getting worse, not better. Just received a call stating that the car won't be ready till Monday (it's Saturday). I was able to get the District Mgr. Will on the phone, and after speaking with him (seemingly sincere and apologetic and very affable), we agreed on $95 total for everything. While I appreciate Will's professional attitude, and his willingness to "get to the bottom of this", I'm still gonna pass on Big O next time. If this is how your store Mgr. and his staff operate, there is definitely a problem with their training and oversight. Mistakes happen. Everyday. It's all about how you handle it. Good luck Big O.
