I've been going to Big O for all my tire and alignment needs for the last 4 years, and service is always top notch and nothing short of amazing! Whether it's this location in Corona or the Chino Hills location, the managers and technicians were always very attentive and careful with my vehicles. Delivery time is reasonable and when promised, and pricing is fair and competitive. I can always trust I'm not getting ripped off here (and many other places will!). Yes, you can get cheap tires from the clubs, but I have found that the quality just wasn't there. I got much longer life from Big O's tires than the clubs. Plus, getting an appointment was hassle free and much easier! I never thought I'd ever rave about a tire shop; but here I am, singing my 5-star praises for this place!! Just got my 2nd set of tires from Big O's today, with brand new shinny brakes. I had a very frustrating experience with this tire shop. I went back twice to have an alignment issue fixed, and the problem was never resolved. On my third visit, I decided not to deal with them anymore because it was clear they were not going to fix the issue properly. I paid $139 for alignment services that were not done correctly, and I ended up having to pay again at another shop just to get the alignment fixed the right way. The second shop immediately identified and corrected the problem, which shows this should have been handled properly the first time. To make matters worse, I contacted corporate to file a complaint. They told me someone would follow up, but I never received a return call or any response. Overall, I wasted time and money and was left disappointed with both the store and corporate customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. read more

This is my go to place now. My dealer decided to make me pay for a rental, so I was done going there and waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, and having to go during the work week. I had a rough week, and then the tire sensor goes off flashing on the freeway- just like it did last time my tire ran over a giant nail, so I freaked out. Sarf listened to my concern, and let me know my tire wasn't flat, and it was the weather or the sensor, and I was able to take it in on Saturday to have it taken care of. This place is a straight grift. Broke my TPMS sensor to try and up sell me, stated it was faulty before tire installation. They also quote different prices to different customers. I got quoted $40 installation fee meanwhile a customer called in and the guy quoted him $35 a tire. This place is shady. read more

Dishonest! If you want an honest mechanic, do not go here! They will break things on your car and then claim you did it or it is not their fault! They take advantage of young adults who they presume don't know better. We made an appointment to take our corolla in for an oil change, we have only ever gone to this location since owning the car for oil changes. After being there for 40 minutes, they tell my fiance the plug AND pan are stripped and will need to be replaced for $511! If you know anything about oil changes, you would know this had to be the mechanics error! Bob, who im guessing is the manager of the sixth street location tried to play it off like it was our fault when we have only ever taken the car there. After back and forth, they offered to cover labor, and we would pay for parts. It was not until I contacted corporate that I received a call saying it would be taken care of, and I would only be paying for the initial oil change. This was such a hassle, Bob was very rude and likes to talk over you, and I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. They only care about making a sale. They also made sure to harass me about canceling my claim with corporate. (All of this happened after we showed the 50% off coupon, I dont know if that's a coincidence). read more

I went in for an alignment, then their tech call me in to show me that there nuts that was completely missing, wanting me to do over $800 in repairs and I said I don't have the money and tell them to pull my car off the rack. I went to Big O to repair a punctured tire on my wife's 2016 Honda CR-V. Sarf Bawa, the manager, greeted me and we went to my car. After examining the tire we both agreed the tire should be replaced because my wife had inadvertently driven on it, and the inside sidewall was scored beyond repair. We also agreed to perform a wheel alignment because of the wear patterns on both front tires. Sarf ordered the tire at 4:30 in the afternoon on Friday and it was at the store first thing in the morning the next day. Big O had everything completed by 11:00AM Saturday. The whole experience went smoothly! I feel I paid a fair price for the work performed. I intend on using Big O again in the future for my car servicing needs. Thank you, Sarf! read more

I would rate zero stars if I could. I went in because my back brakes had been making a lot of noise. I got seen in about 30 minutes which was fine, and then after about 3 hours of them having the car, they called and told me that I was missing a self-adjuster kit on one of the back tires. Then an hour later, they call back and say the back brakes are almost completely worn down, the front brakes are 80% worn and should be replaced right away. Then tried to charge an extra $900+ for that. I told them I didn't have the money, and just got the adjuster kit. It brakes better but then makes even more noise than before. So I take it to a mechanic I actually trust. He looks at it, says the front brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced anytime soon but replaced them anyway because he'd already bought the parts based on what BIG O TOLD ME, and the self adjuster kit that they put in wasn't even put in right. So not only did they mess up the service I did get, but they also tried to rip me off for almost a grand. The mechanic I knew fixed it all for under $300. This place is just out for money, they're not honest. Stay away! read more

We had a bald tire we thought was under warranty, when we got there we realized that it didn't fit in the perimeter of the warranty. But they did us a big a favor and discounted the new tires that we put on the car. It was going to be a 2 hour wait and we didn't have our other car with us so we could come back later. Called on the phone for cost for installing new tires I bought from Tirerack and this guy Surf tells me it's $35 per tire ($140). After installation he charges me $180, $45 per tire. Had to go in for a wheel realigning and this is my third time going in for the same reason. First time I went in they fixed it but completely screw up my steering wheel so had to go back in, and when they fixed that they messed up my wheels again. They told me my car was fine until I made an employee drive the car, then he realized the damage he did. Told me he did all that he could, and can't do anymore, needless to say I went to a mechanic that I know but a bit out of town and he was able to give me everything wrong with the car and fix it in no time. These people need to be trained better from the desk to the mechanics in the back. Won't be seeming my service again. read more

Had a nail in my tire. Knew it was leaking. Stopped in to see if they could fix it. They said it world cost 35 dollars. I said ok. Their technicians came in 15 minutes later saying there was no leak. I went out and showed them the actual nail. They sprayed soapy water on it and confirmed it was leaking. 30 min later they said they were done. I drove the 3 miles home to see that the nail is still in the tire. They may have put a permanent fix on the inside, but not removing the nail is the biggest issue. I paid good money for the crappiest tire fix ever. I would not recommend. read more
