Queen bed ruined ( I had to pay $25 to have it dumped not to mention it was only 2 years old ) , heavy duty handmade toy box moldy (I had to pay $10 for mold killer spray) , box of coats (including a leather coat) moldy beyond saving, entertainment center less than a year old ruined. NO "I'm sorry" , NO compensation, NO discount...NOTHING. Also you can't pay until the exact day it's due but they seldom answer the phone or respond to messages. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
