The units are clean and everything is very secure and well-maintained. The manager, Doug, went above and beyond to find us a storage unit that would accommodate all of our stuff from our move and he worked with us to ensure it would be available as soon as we needed it and then even swapped units for us once our moving truck arrived so we could unload our stuff as close to the big moving truck trailer as possible. He makes the paperwork and the process super quick and easy and offers the kind of customer service that you wish every other business had. Carla called back and said our unit won't be charged and we apologized for the delay in getting back to her. I'm not sure how but a message was left after where she had a few choice expletives and f bombs she had to say about us. Fast forward to returning the truck, I get a call from the business the next day and speak with Amy on the phone. The only reason Amy called me was to scolded me like a child because I didn't park the truck in the right place and then starts accusing me that I left their truck door open all night. ( keep in mind that it's unlocked 24/7) asked if she had evidence of what she was accusing me of and then she says that " the cameras can't see out there" I ended the conversation at this point. Thank God I don't rent from this location, because I would never want to do business with them again after that. It was insanely unpleasant and unprofessional.
