He arrived on site in less than 30 minutes and towed my Jeep to the shop. By noon the next day my Jeep was repaired! The mechanic said John, the owner, could give me a price if I wanted to go ahead and repair the vehicle (it is a 1999, so it may not have been worth pricey repairs). I called back evrry single day trying to get a hold of the owner, only to be told he was on the phone with someone else and would call me back shortly. He never did. Finally got a hold of him a week later and he told me he didnt want to spend the time putting together a price unless I was committed to the repairs, which I found weord since the cost was the deciding factor. I told him to go ahead and put the price together for me. A week later I had not heard anything, so I called back. They said they didnt have anything for me, and would call me back... Long story short, after an entire month of waiting and not getting even one call back after being told numerous times that they would, I finally told them I could not go any longer without a vehicle. They promised me again they would call me the next day with or without a price to update me. Again, they did not. The owner, John, constantly promised to call back, and never did. He also would not give me a straight answer about anything. It took 4 phone calls and a trip to the shop to finally pick up my vehicle, which they had not even touched in a month. Conpletely wasted my time and left me in the dark the entire time. Broken promises and no return calls. Do not go here.

I called to cancel the request after waiting over two hours. I was given an initial arrival time of 45 minutes for service. After the initial time had passed I contacted them to follow up....was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. Waited an additional hour before calling back....oh truck is getting gas it will be another 25 minutes?! Not once did Gold Star Towing reach out to update me regarding service times. I could understand the delay and poor communication if it was snowing, icy conditions, storming, etc. however this was all experienced on a dry, sunny, 65 degree day. Don't waste your time or money!
