Such a cute spot. It has 2000s coffee shop vibes, and I love that. It could use a bit of sprucing up, but that didn't take away from the over all experience much. Great customer service, and our drinks and bagel came out super quick! I got an iced Island Bear with light ice, add sweet foam, and it was perfect! The sweet foam tastes like home made whip- good quality. I love the coconut flavor in this summery bev. My bf got a frozen Spotted Owl with whipped cream, and it came out looking picturesque! Heads up, the Spotted Owl is quite sweet. The Bragel with beef sausage, egg and cheese was flavorful, hot, and satisfying. I can't believe we haven't been coming here more often! I like this Biggby a lot and it's my go to meeting spot in the Dearborn area. It's never super crowded in the weekday afternoons (which makes finding a table for setting up at easy), there's ample parking in the lot, and the patio is lovely for getting some fresh air on in the summer time (although the view isn't super sexy). Baristas are friendly. Not always crazy about Biggby coffee but they do have a lot of options (this includes non coffee drinks). I wish they had more food options as well (although this is a complaint more leveled at Biggby as a whole vs. this location). But overall a fine location that I like quite a bit. read more

This coffee shop was my number one go to spot during my last years of grad school and clinicals. It's the perfect place to study with outlets by every table, outdoor section, WiFi, minimal noise, and great consistent drinks with light bites available. Not terribly big inside. I would not plan on coming here to hang out and relax. More than one occasion there has not been a seat to be had. That being said this is my regular Biggby. I have my travel mug for tea and another separate one for coffee. I highly recommend this as switching on and off makes tea taste terrible even when well washed, but maybe I'm just uber sensitive. They set me up with my Biggby card here and I'm a firm regular. My preference is filling my 32 oz traveler with cinnamon tea (3 bags make happiness if you like a stronger brew) but I will also do Paris, Oolong or Earl Grey in a pinch. The regular coffees here are quite good as are the flavored. The doctoring up area (sugars, cream, etc.) is kept stocked and clean, which is a must for me. The bonus? Speedy. Always friendly. Helpful as heck. Not terribly spendy either. Yep, I'm a Biggby Dearborn fan. read more

I ordered a hibiscus tea. I thought it was a fruit one, like at Starbucks. When I got it, it tasted horrible! Like it was expired or something. Idk. I went back in to let the cashier know that it didn't taste right, and she continued to tell me it was suppose to taste that way. Well if that is the case then okay. But I literally almost threw up. I gave the drink back after talking literally one sip and asked if I could just have a different drink. I couldn't believe the lady tried to charge me a different drink! I've been to a lot of Biggby locations including this one, which is where we held tutoring sessions for my kids when they were in high school among other things. It's always been a kind of nice place to hang out. The coffee to me is almost always too sweet though. We were there recently, and one of us got a drink that we've had before, and it just didn't taste right. We asked the girl behind the counter to fix it, and she told us it "wasn't their fault" because they just follow recipes. We asked if they could make something else instead and they said they weren't allowed to do that. Honestly, I'm crossing this place off my list of coffee shops. At least at Starbucks they'll try to make sure your drink is right and if you don't like it they'll sub out something else and occasionally give you a card for a free drink if they totally screw things up. read more

Tasty white chocolate late - that whipped creme on the top was literally perfection. Quick service. Nice interior and nicer staff who could answer my questions and recommended me the drink. I went around 1PM on a week day; the the barista making my drink flashed his lovely smile at me and a smile goes a long way. The staff here seem very customer oriented. I recently moved to this area and this has been my go-to spot for studying. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. I believe it's a family run business, based on what I can tell, and I must say, they do a great job running it. The coffee is just perfect and like I said the staff is always beyond welcoming. Even though I'm that customer who's there for 6 hours sipping on the same cup of coffee while using their internet and space, they still make me feel welcome(I promise I'm not homeless). Overall, a perfect spot to chill, get work done or simply grab a cup of delicious coffee and a bagel. I'll be frequenting this spot on the regular. read more

I have never tried Biggby's. Well, I take that back, I have tried it before in downtown Ann Arbor, but back then it was called Beaners. Since they changed their name and I lived next to other coffee shops like Ugly Mug, Bombadil's, and Mighty Good - I passed up shops like Biggby and Starbucks for a long time. Now that I work in an area that only has places like Starbucks and Biggby's I decided to give it a try. Man is it good. Be warned though, their drinks are SUGARY. Probably why they are so good. I haven't tried their brewed coffee, but I'm sure they are delicious as well as this location has a lot of regulars who go right to the brewed and fill up their 32 oz travel mugs. I've had their Teddy Bear which is sooooo delicious. Especially with the whipped topping and caramel. But oh the calories. So it's definitely a treat. I had their English Breakfast Tea latte , which they add some vanilla flavoring to. I had trouble tasting the English Breakfast, so I added a packet of my own at the office, which helped a little bit with the flavor, so next time I'll ask for half a pump of vanilla. Service has always been swift and friendly. I like those guys there. I haven't been back in a while but it's mostly due to them being a little out of the way from my route to work. But if I take Michigan Ave I will be sure to stop by again! read more

There is just something about the "Red eye" that keeps me coming back to Biggby. This place sits off Michigan Ave on my way to work, and nothing gets me going like a large Biggbys Best with 3 shots of Expresso. EVERYONE MUST READ: This is by far the most horrible disrespectful unprofessional business I've ever been too. Was treated horribly by the girl who makes the drinks.. made the drink hot instead of cold- no big deal right? When I kindly told her it's wrong she mocked me and said "it's just a drink" and than mumbled a bunch of very disrespectful words about my race, and than started talking about my kids. The staff were 10/10 very friendly and great with suggestions. I've been here a few times and it's always the same, consistently good coffee and great service. Because it's fall, I wound up getting the pumpkin spice latte on my last visit and boy was happy with my choice. It's very clean inside and a great atmosphere to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I am a huge supporter of Biggby coffee! I drink a boring coffee drink (plain cappuccino) but it's great from Biggby and the people that work here are always so pleasant! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I recently switched my super boring plain cappuccino to a cappuccino with coconut milk (I'm living on the edge)! It's unfortunately not as good as their competitor's (starts with an S) down the street. Maybe Biggby just needs a different brand of coconut milk. I will definitely give it another try. read more

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and usually greets you before you are all the way inside the shop. There is an excellent selection of drinks, including $1 coffee on Mondays. The music is a good mix of pop from the '60s onward, so it's no big deal if you forget your iPod at home. The shop is a pretty good place to get work done, but can get crowded in the evenings or around midterms and finals. The baked goods are a mixed bag - often the scones and cookies are dry or sugary without sweetness. Prices for the specialty drinks do run higher than average, but there are plenty of flavoring/dietary options available for full customization. read more

Drink was ok, but both the person at the counter and the owner (who was called) had no idea about the "Yelp check-in offer" listed in their Yelp profile that I tried to use. I was ultimately able to get my dollar off, but not before the owner expressed that I might be "scamming" them. It would have been nice to feel more trusted. I recommend they download the Yelp app and figure out what they signed up for at some point, or correct a Yelp mistake! I shouldn't have been made to feel bad about it. read more

Yessss, plenty of parking, small intimate biggby. I love how pleasant the baristas are, and I love their raspberry white mochas. Cups are huge. Sometimes I feel like my drink is to sweet, but it could be my palette not liking sweetness. I think this location needs a training class in customer service from the Greenfield location. Every time I come into this location I get attitude like I am ruining their day by coming in. No good morning, no hello, no music. This place is so stale. This particular day I came in I had a coupon come to my email that expired today 2/2/21. When I presented the coupon for $1 off a coffee you'd think I was taking the cash out of the cashiers pocket. She said "no it's expired". Which it said in bold at the top "expires February 2nd" I looked back at the coupon and pointed to where it said the exp date. She then had the audacity to say "you don't need to be rude and give me attitude". Laughable, there was no attitude given on my end. She scanned the coupon and it worked. When my sandwich and drink were done they were tossed on the counter with no comment. I left extremely mad, I never ever get treatment like this at the Greenfield location. I work in customer service and my manager would have my neck if I ever treated a customer like this. I will be contacting the owner and suggesting a refresher in customer service. read more
