I rented some tablecloths and coffee pot for my daughter's quince. Picking up and dropping off was easy. However when I told them that the coffee pot did not work they asked if I wanted a refund. They dropped off the equipment earlier than scheduled which was AMAZING, because we put the wedding together ourselves on a really tight schedule! I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. They bailed on me the night before my wedding and wouldn't take any of my calls. So I was out 150 tables and chairs a dance floor and some other rentals. They refused to refund me my money that I had paid in full so I had to file a fraud claim with the bank. The bank gave me my money back and so the owner had the nerve to try to charge me for it on Venmo. Don't even deal with them. You'll regret it. read more
