The waffle fries that came with the ribs arrived nice and hot, but the coleslaw that was supposed to come with the meal was missing. When we started eating the ribs, we quickly realized they were cold. We flagged down our server, who was sitting nearby, and let her know. She took the entire basket back, including the fries, so we assumed we would be getting a fresh basket. Instead, the ribs were reheated and the same fries that had originally been hot were now only room temperature. The coleslaw still wasn't brought out, so we had to ask for it. Thankfully, the chicken quesadilla was good and came out hot. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us very disappointed. We understand that mistakes happen, but how the situation was handled made it even more frustrating.
