I gave approval to fix. $750 later the mower was picked up. The very first time i went to use it, there wasn't enough power to engage the mower deck. There had been no problem with the carburetor when I took it in. I called and they said it must be the carburetor, if I would bring it back, they would replace it and just charge me for the part. It is very difficult for me to take it to them, paid a guy to do so. We had to pull it onto a trailer with a tractor. After 30 days, my son-in -law picked it up. The first time I went to use it, at full throttle the power was about half of normal. Then I tried to run it. A extremely high pitched squeal from the left rear. I called them immediately. Dr Bill' said "I would have never let it leave with a problem". Bring it back". Well he let it leave the first time with a problem. Now a second time. I am 74, I don't have help to take it back to them again. I haven't had a mower that worked since June. What was a loose throttle cable has turned into almost $1000, two trips, and a mower that still has a major problem.

I went to a restaurant called the harvest here as well as the soda shop. The soda shop and the mercantile store next door are not for profit stores designed to help the town. They appear to be manned by kind volunteers and my parents and wife went to the mercantile and we all went to the soda shop before leaving. We had genuine blue bell here. I had a shake and my mom a banana split. My wife and father had sundaes. The restaurant the harvest has its own page. I will do a review soon. I took pics of the soda shop. There were statues by the courthouse in the square. Comanche appears to be a great Texas town full of history and genuinely friendly people. I thoroughly recommend this outdoor mall.
