I reached out to Big Joey after my son came home raving about his camp experience (JCC) where he performed several times a week. My son COULD NOT STOP SMILING about this magician and the tricks / shows he put on. Every week he would bring home trinkets and share with me new tricks. Listen - Big Joey has likely come across THOUSANDS of children throughout his performances, but I shared a picture of my son with him from camp, and he recalled specific details about their time together in 'class.' That is the type of genuine individual I want role-modeling for my son as he celebrates a special milestone. I cannot say enough positive things about our time working together. He ultimately created a keepsake for my son that will likely move him to tears; something so special and unique he will cherish for years to come. Big Joey performed his magic show and did balloon art at my son's 3rd birthday party. Excellent isn't a strong enough word to describe Big Joey Magic Showy. His balloon art was spectacular, but the way he captivated an audience ranging from 2-62 for 45 minutes is awe inspiring. My son is not one to sit still for extended periods of time, so Big Joey improvisationally incorporated him into the magic act and it was a riot! My son could not contain his excitement and it made for an amazing show! It was comedic and amazing at the same time. Teenage guests stopped him after the show to ask say, "how did you do that? I'm in 8th grade, I'm not supposed to be tricked by magic." And adult guests told me the magic show brought the party to another level.
