Little did I know, Lisalu is thickly packed wall-to-wall with modern, stylish, high-quality, and completely unique pieces. It took me hours to wade through its offerings, gathering garment-after-garment into my arms. A woman who I assume was the owner (or co-owner) was very nice, helpful, and even gave me a deal for the completely embarrassing and unreasonable amount of dinero I dropped in her store. I left with what are now some of my favorite wardrobe items, and a very sad and hollow wallet. *Thrifters beware: this isn't your local designer exchange, where the prices max out around $50...the cheapest items were around $40, and some of the more expensive items were around $150. Ladies' shoes, scarves, handbags, jewelry, glasses, coats, and hats from designers such as Valentino, Prada, Gucci, Givenchy, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and Hermes. The owner sells, buys, and trades. This shop offers a lot of fun, beautiful, and unique items.

Very personalized shopping experience, the staff quickly learn your name, sizes and exactly what cuts and colors you like. Outstanding customer service too: I once had a broken zipper on a Duvetica and the owner personally managed it. I got a brand new jacket back from the factory!

They make a lot of custom jewellery and, have many items for sale that have been designed and made in the shop. They also repair stuff irrespective of where you got it made. Prices are reasonable and she speaks reasonable amount of English. If you want something custom made or repaired this is not a bad place for it. I have had something repaired here and replicated, and she did a pretty good job of it.

It's a Mid range price shop and you can get some good stuff for a reasonable price. It's a shop for slender people and I have seen an odd thing or two here for me. This is great news for the fashionistas looking for the latest trends. Massimo Dutti is a bit more classical and conservative serving a much older established crowd with a higher disposable income($$€€). Also, the clothes are cut a bit looser than the sometime super narrow, and ill fitting cut of the Zara brand. I prefer their accessories over the clothes. I don't think the higher price point always marries up with the quality I come to expect.
