The person at the till was very confusing and didn't explain to me how the soft drink system works when I asked. So when we finally got our food I received 4 servings eggs on toast. I obviously didn't order this so I told a member of staff my receipt and what happened and to this their response was, "this isn't a clothing store we can't take that back". I continued to make my case but they simply did not care and then said ,"just give it to someone else if you don't want it". To add insult to injury the food came out cold and the my friends where not 100% satisfied with their food either. This experience may not be fully representative of this establishment, but you may want to think twice if your looking for outstanding costumer service.
