This store is very convenient and they have a nice selection of bikes and gear. The shop in the back is speedy and well equipped. Unfortunately I have had some less than great experiences here. One of the workers was a little uncomfortable and inappropriate with his teasing and socializing (asking to hangout) Some are friendly and polite and some ignore you. As I know the culture changes, I want to add a bit more and stress that perhaps in some time this place will improve. My partner and I purchased very expensive bike baskets here (150 reals). They installed for free but it took a long time as people were goofing off. In less than 3 months the baskets have broken and come unattached three times. They are poor quality and poorly installed. Again it's a great location and has a lot of equipment but I feel it is lacking professionalism and quality. read more
