They had a 105 equipped Trek road bike in my size (54) that included the tool pack, lock, and water bottle. They also rented me a helmet. I came prepared with shoes and pedals and Christian helped install the pedals on the rental. Christian was also nice enough to recommend some routes that met my needs. He also sent me route files and a link to several mountain and road bike routes. Christian went beyond my expectations helping me check the bike out and also to return the bike. These guys were great! I flew to München and drove to Italy for the Maratona dles Dolomites ride…read morein July, 2015. After landing I realized when packing my bike up I had not grabbed my SpeedPlay peddles. They aren't very common in Europe and my last stop before giving up finding a pair was at the Radstudio in Innsbruck. Thomas and Peter loaned me a pair of Look peddles and new cleats, said go enjoy your ride, just drop them off at the cafe down the street on Monday since we won't be open when you come back through! No fee, no swiping of my credit card, just a hand shake. They said it would be cheaper than trying to buy a new pair of SpeedPlay and they weren't interested in charging me for the loan. Wow! how great was that? They are really decent human beings. I felt great to part of the human race that day and lucky to have met them. If they treat me with that type of grace knowing that I'm unlikely to be a repeat customer, they have to be fantastic with the customers they do have. Highly recommend these guys!
