At our resort is a place called Bikini Bob's Bar. You go order at the counter you can eat in or take out. They'd serve drinks, also have a limited beer selection. If you like lite beer or Coors. I do not. My children call me a beer snob. Only dark beer for me. Back to Bob's they make everything fresh the cheeseburger and fries I had were good and hot. Another time I had the butterflies shrimp and onion rings. Also vary good and hot if you staying at the Summit in Florida. Try Bikini Bob's Bar you will like it 4 stars from me. A really great and inexpensive cheeseburger!!! Very juicy and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. I also had their $7 pina colada - what a deal!!!!! Huge Styrofoam cup. A wayyyyyy better deal than at the Tiki hut bar that is closer to the pools where they serve a much much smaller cocktail for twice the price. The guy who took my order was great too. read more

What a great beach grill and bar! This is a traditional dive bar with a great food selection and price. Chicken sandwich and burger were both delicious. This is the opposite of the overpriced tourist trap spots. If you enjoy a great meal at a great price and decent drink selection pop on by in your swimsuit or shorts and t-shirt. Where to begin? First, if you're staying at the summit, it's great because you don't have to leave the property. Second, they have good food with great prices! They do grown up drinks in of all types. They have .99 ice cream for the kids along with grilled cheese and chicken tenders. Burgers and BLT are yummy as well. I can't rate food on prices, but so far the food doesn't really disappointed. There's is another but, onion ring taste a bit stale but the shrimp doesn't have a problem. Taste fresh and not a mushy mess inside. Also had a cheese fries, not the best but not the worse. The cheese is cheap with no taste. Overall, Decent proportions. I would buy again next time. Yes, yes and yes. Don't waste your money at the tiki bar. You can get better drinks at Bobs for half the price. I got a drumstick ice cream at the little store for almost $5!!! Bobs has them for $1. The food is excellent. Buy a cup and get tea refills free all week. Prices are excellent. If you are at the summit, check them out. You can even get ice or beer. Wonderful little place at the condos we were staying this week . My children fell in love with their burger combos and ate it 3 times ( so far) . Typical junk food is all we ordered all week although they do have some seafood dishes. Very busy at times and the lady taking our orders was very personable although ( reason for the four star) I asked for a lid for my condiment because they were out , her answer was "I am too busy to get it right now" . I am all about service in my industry and if I was her I would have asked( yelled) at one of the other employees to grab the lids. Yet all in all I did enjoy the wings and onion rings . If we ever stay here(summit condos) which I doubt , we would order from them again. read more

This was my 1st time trying Bikini Bob's. We stayed at Recency Towers for a week. We spent a ton of time between the beach and the pool. I found B.Bobs to bd the perfect spot with almost everything you could want on it. Don't get me wrong, there are no healthy salads or falafel wraps. However, there is PB&J, mozzarella sticks (my fave), foot long hot dogs, Philly cheese steak sandwhiches, chicken tenders and sandwhiches, burgers, etc. Total hit the spot, fried food paradise. The best part, it isn't shitty fried food. The mozz stick cheese is stringy and hot every time (I had them quite a few times....), the cheese steak bread was toasted just right, nothing was drowning in oil. The prices are terrific!! Unbelievable actually. The food and drinks are cheap. $2-4 beers. Frozen boozy drinks in a Bob's special mug are a MUST. Spend the little extra your 1st go around and when you head back later for a refill, it's much cheaper. Save um, wash um, bring um back the next day. Other bonus is, if you're in a bind for sunscreen or a case of beer or hat/visor, bag of ice, this place has you covered. The great part is their "convenience" factor price isn't robbery. For example, case of Coors at local Wal-Mart $18.99. Case at Bikini Bob's $22.50. In my book, on the beach, on vacation, that's not bad at all. All in all, great joint. read more

Sit down and have several shots and a couple of rounds of drinks when this burley looking woman approaches us and asks if we are staying at the hotel. I explain we are not and she proceeds to ask my Filipino friend if she was one of the cleaners??!! How completely racist and insulting!! I have never been so embarrassed. Bikini Bob's was a shining beacon amidst the wallowing degeneracy of the Summit at Panama City Beach (honestly amazed at the number of families who take their kids to vacation at PCB, but that's another topic). Very reasonable drink prices were great for soon-to-be grads from a nameless college in Tennessee to aggressively celebrate to their hearts' desire, and good drunk food at very reasonable prices sealed the deal. The friendly staff knew exactly the demographic they were catering to, and all the more respect to them for putting up with our drunken hedonistic revelry. The bikini bomber pina colada in the pineapple is excellent if you can get them to make it a little stiffer. read more

I really like the grilled chicken sandwich. If you are staying at the Summit this is a perfect location. Everything on the menu is fairly priced including the mixed drinks. It does take a bit longer to get your food but it appears that the staff is working hard to get it to you. read more

When staying at The Summit visiting "Bikini Bobs" is a MUST. This is a hidden hole in the wall restaurant/bar that's located in the pool yard of the Summit Hotel, not many people get a chance to enjoy the excellent burgers, Philly steak n cheese, or even the Pulled BBQ Sandwiches offered from the restaurant because of it location, it's connected to the Summit Hotel. Unless you are staying there, you may pass this Place Up! I do have a complaint, they have closed a few times early due to "lack of business" which is bad business in my opinion. But as for the food, it's Great, whether your in for dinner or just need a snack, Bobs is AWESOME! Friendly service and great food, plus the location is beach front so thats always a Plus!! This isn't a fine dining establishment by any means but it's definitely a 5 star meal! ENJOY! read more

Tried the Philly sandwich, and it was really dry, and cheese wasn't melted, had to overcompensate with condiments. Place was dirty and sticky inside, and the employees looked and acted like they would rather shovel shit than work there. Bikini Bob's is one of two places to get food and drink at the Summit condo resort complex. It is by far the better option. I should preface my star rating by saying that it is 4 stars for Panama City Beach and my experience here. In other cities, it would be a 2 or 3. But, for here, the food is great and the prices can't be beat. The fam and I have been here for a little less than a week on vacation and we have eaten out every night. We have dined in a couple of tourist traps as well as a couple that came highly recommended on Yelp and from locals. I have to say that Bikini Bob's is equal to or better than all of them. The four star rating comes because I ordered scallops at a restaurant that has 4 stars on Yelp and then I ordered scallops at Bikini Bob's and Bikini Bob's blew the other place out of the water. Granted, neither place was serving fresh scallops. But, if the other place is a "4" then Bikini Bob's is at least that. We've eaten there a couple of times for lunch and once for dinner. Between the five of us eating, we have had nearly everything on their menu (except the Philly and BBQ - those just seem wrong to order in PCB) and it's all been decent enough that we'd go back. It has a small menu and isn't meant to be fine dining by any stretch. In fact, even though it has a couple of picnic tables out side, it is really meant to be a take-out joint. Take it out to the beach, the pools or your room. In addition to the food, they have a large menu of drinks you can order - most of them involving lots of alcohol. As a take-out joint, it excels. It's not fancy. Another reviewer mentioned that is isn't clean. Well, I have to say that I have yet to be in a restaurant in Panama City that is clean. This one is the cleanest yet. And, the staff is very friendly and the food relatively fast. After experiencing over an hour wait at another restaurant after we placed our order, I appreciated having my food in about 15 minutes at Bikini Bob's. The menu is basic, basic bar/kid food. Grilled cheese, chicken strips, wings, fried shrimp, fried scallops, boiled shrimp, hot dog, fries, etc. But, you get a lot of food for the price and what they make is good. It is well worth the money spent. Not to mention the fact that you can order your food in your swimming suit on the way back from the beach and by the time you change clothes, your food is ready. If I could get them to deliver to my room/condo, it would be even better. All in all, since we've brought the food back to our room each time and enjoyed it with the ocean view, Bikini Bob's has been our favorite restaurant in Panama City Beach and we'll most definitely be back. read more
