Disappointing Experience: Overcharged and Poor Customer Service I recently had a disappointing experience at Plan B Bikini Bar due to being overcharged and encountering poor customer service. Despite assurances from the manager, Daisy, that she would investigate the issue and promptly return my call, I have yet to receive any resolution. During my visit, I ordered three beers and was shocked to discover that I was charged $117. When I raised this concern while trying to close my tab around 11:30 PM, Daisy advised me to wait until closing time so she could review the security footage. However, despite her promise to follow up, I have not heard back from her after more than two days. The lack of communication and follow-through from Daisy and the bar staff is concerning. Not only was I overcharged, but the unfulfilled promise of a timely resolution is unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when leaving open tabs and to double-check their charges to avoid similar situations. Overall, my experience at Plan B Bikini Bar was marred by poor customer service and a failure to address a significant issue promptly. I hope that management takes steps to rectify this situation and improve their customer service standards in the future. Update 4/17/24 I called them to fix the problem on 4/13/24 requested a call back no one called me. I called on 4/15 spoke with Ben he asked to stop by after 2 I got there Ben nor Daisy were there. The girl at the bar told me the same thing the Bar manager Daisy told me to do Dispute it instead of fixing the issue... imagine how many people they are doing this to! Keep y'all eye open don't let the same thing happen... I wonder why the last bar here closed down... wonder if it's the same owners.

I came here on two occasions. First time, it was not even busy. There were two girls, they just stood there. After 8 minutes, I left. I figured I give it a second chance a year later. This time all the seat were taken but one. Again they did not say anything. They spoke to the regulars and to each other. After 5 minutes, I left again. read more

I frequent this bar often with my friends. Weekends are usually a hit but the service was lacking & disappointing to say the least last sat 12/14, yikes!! Adding to the chaos they were scrambling to find my card at the end of the night. Terrible. Drunk incompetent bartenders is not a good look. read more

Terrible service. The bar itself has a cool ambiance. But the half naked bartenders are anything but attentive. Sloppy drunk & took well over 15 mins to have a bartender even acknowledge our existence. Too busy twerking on the other side of the bar top. Showed up on a late night Saturday and left shortly after the horrible experience we had. Hire some competent employees that can service your guest. Will not be back here! read more

Plan B is an awesome bikini bar with a great decor and beautiful awesome bartenders. Big TV's for all sporting events. Nice pool tables and very good music playing. They even have a SUPER MODEL Manager name Deisy who is beautiful..So stop by with friends or meet new friends.Great place to Chill read more

I like this place. The beers are cold the women are hot, and Michi was an absolute gem. She provided exceptional customer service. And uh the ambiance!! Beers are way too expensive. Also don't leave your credit card with Gabby she will tip herself my bill was $95 just seen posted on my account $110 never tipped her on my card and they let other people put beers on your tab without you knowing just because I'm here with someone doesn't mean I'm paying for their damn beer. read more

My favorite is the Butter Parmesan and the Fish Sauce one. Both are packed with flavors and the wings are crispy but also very juicy. The menu has been simplified and the number of dishes has dropped dramatically. The prices have gone up, but that's the norm nowadays. Quantity is about average. I wouldn't say they're big portions or small portions, just enough. I ordered several dishes. I ordered the Ong choi, the chicken Pad See, but ended up getting a beef Pad See instead. A garlic pork dish which was tough and dry and a panang beef curry. The Ong Choi was tasty with what looked like peanuts or maybe beans as toppings. The Pad Su was a touch on the sweet side, but the curry on the panang beef is something I would put on top of white rice to add extra oomph. The service was quick and besides a little mistake in the ordering (no biggie) everything was fine. I do like the new decorations, but there is a weird smell as you enter the restaurant like a leaking gas line. Sit near the rear and you won't smell it at all.

And the meat was tough, leaving the impression it had been re-heated and tossed with new sauce. The Beef Panang was tasty but with very little meat to spare, particularly for a dish that costs $20. The only saving grace was the Ong Choy, overcooked but very tasty. Sadly, we don't think we'll be returning. I'm giving it 3 stars because I remember the quality and I am hoping it's was a one-off experience.
