I did some research online and came across Get'r Done Tree Service. I'd seen their trucks around town, and was impressed with their high rating from customers. I called them that evening (again, on a Sunday), intending to leave voicemail. Steve, the owner called me right back, and agreed to stop my the next morning for an estimate (which he did). Steve was personable, knowledgable, and the estimate was fair. I had expected to be told about at least a day lead time before they could get started. But he was able to work us in later that day,band by mid afternoon, the tree was cut up, and removed, as well as the brush. The area was cleaned up very nicely. The crew was friendly and worked very fast. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Get'r Done Tree Service.

If my sister didn't post on Facebook our predicament we would be waiting a day or two for someone else to cut the tree down because it was weighing down on the house corner that could cause a collapse and more rain coming we were worried. A friend told us about this company on Facebook and when my brother in law called them, they immediately said we'll be there in two hours. They arrived and not even two hours they were done. Massive work in humid and heat. Tarp on top secured and great cleanup. I can't recommend them enough. Insurance is taking care of cost so I'm not in the loop since it's my family's house. Hopefully this does not happen to you...Chuck was quite affable with the interview for an…read more insulation job for my older home here in Newark. My furnace was working hard to keep me warm but I realized that I had areas that were cold, found the main problem was coming from the basement. He came prepared with what he said was a detector of areas in the vertical exterior walls that had or did not have insulation and also gave the temperature of the interior wall. His detector read there was insulation in the laundry room walls, one less wall to take apart to spray in the insulation. Red flag number 1.. as he was blowing the insulation in the exterior wall it was revealed that there was no insulation in that wall. During the initial interview he said the gun was detecting the wall temperature and where there was insulation only in the laundry room walls. False statement! Bill was paid. The insulation in the vertical of all 4 walls of the house did slightly improve the inside temperature but the very cold air was still coming from the basement. I asked a very good trusted friend, who is also a very good contractor, to help me figured out where the problem was. When Chuck was here for the initial interview he did not inspect the basement thoroughly even after I showed him my area of great concern with cold air coming in. I called Chuck to tell me why he did not, which is also my bed because I did not pay better attention and I assumed!, he said he would get back to me in a few days to schedule an appointment to see what needed to be done. Also, the insulation that was installed 2 years age was incorrectly installed, Chuck made no comment about that but latter says that he thought it was installed as a sound barrier, that made no sense. As it turns out, the job of blowing foam in the crawl space under the laundry room started cracking falling off and many areas left without any insulation. I texted Chuck back to inform him of the work that needed to be done, this time he has not replied. I asked for financial renumeration for the sub standard work done by one of his workers. There is now video of the foam falling off the wall, which was only 1/4 inch thick, should have been 2 inch's, giving us proof of what I am saying. I offered him to come see the video and an opportunity to step up regarding his reputation and his word to do the job correctly. I am sure he will rebuke this but the facts remain and have been verified by 2 professionals. Chuck has accused me of getting SOLD by another company, yes, I do have to have the work done properly but at a far less cost than what Chuck charged me initially. As of this date no contact from Chuck to do the right thing. Jane

Our patios and sidewalks and driveway have never looked cleaner! I would recommend Jo to everyone I know. I took a stack of his cards so I can spread them around the neighborhood. I didn't know then that he does other types of work like gutter, cleaning landscaping welding, mobile car detailing. I will definitely be calling Joe back for more work.
