The service person cut a hole in my ceiling to expose the leak. I was charged $400 for the hole cut (less than 30 minutes of work). I was then instructed to schedule a time to get the plumber over within the next few days. After 3 failed attempts to go through this company to schedule the plumber, I decided to go a different route. KPP was not interested in finishing the job. I called a real plumbing company to continue the job. They ended up having to cut a slightly larger hole but they actually fixed the leak and rebuilt a faulty toilet. That company charged me about $375 for 3hrs of work + parts. In summary, KPP charged me more to cut a hole in the ceiling than the real plumbing company charged me for the entire job. I do not recommend KPP.
