I was specifically looking for a Baldwin model L. I found one on living pianos and struck up a conversation with Robert and Florence. Robert and Florence were very responsive and kept in communication about shipping times. they arranged for shipment to California through Expert Piano Moving. Shipping costs were included in the purchase price so it was nice to not have a surprise there. My new piano arrived on February 2. The piano movers were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They had my old piano removed and my new piano set up in a little over an hour. Also, all of the pianos have beautiful benches as well! If u shop for a used/refurbished piano, typically the piano companies I went to have the ratty benches that originally belong to the piano. These benches are replaced or refurbished as well. Most of their clientele are online, but if you live in Cleveland this is a wonderful place to visit. So many beautiful grand pianos.
