I met several times at their office to go over my plans and expectations for my project. Mr. Torres met me on several occasions out at the property so there would be clear communication as to what I wanted and where I wanted it. I am building a barndominium and contracted this company to lay the foundation. The framing went up and the concrete poured a few days later (slight delay due to rain). The work came off smoothly and he met my expectations. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company.

We still moved forward with him believing he would do good work. His quote was far above comparable services, but again, we liked him & decided to move forward. This was a mistake. He didn't start on the day he originally claimed, only showed up to take the deposit (50% of the total price) Communicating with him was a nightmare. I was not able to be at the job site, so I asked for periodic photos to see the progress. I received 1. Turns out, the photos I showed & sent him before I signed the contract were just a suggestion in his mind. After asking for a couple of days, I received an image of what he said the project would look like. It was nothing remotely close to the images I showed him. When I brought this up to him, in an extremely kind way, he responded well & said they could do it. Fast forward 2 days, he claims doing it to the specifications of the original photo would more than DOUBLE the total cost. He then said he would refund in full if I did not want to proceed. I said yes, a refund would be great. He was professional & kind in his communication to this point. It was after a week of receiving no refund, or payments at all, that it started to get ugly. He blocked me on facebook (so I couldn't leave a review), & kept promising "tomorrow" that I would get the money. As you would figure, tomorrow came & left each time with no money. It was at this point that things escalated. He refunded a portion of the money & blocked my phone number. The only work done was putting 3 damaged wooden poles into the ground. I was left with no materials. He did not measure the job before quoting. I would be extremely weary to give him any money before he finishes a job. Would not recommend!
