Where to even start…read more I'm not sure if I would have been able to move as well as I do now if it wasn't for this office. My personal injury was a herniated disc in my C5 and C6. I was in so much pain I couldn't even move my neck nor arm. When I walked into the office, right away Dr. Laux knew I was going thru a lot of pain. He wanted me to stay with some ice therapy until my swelling went down. About a week later, I got my appointment scheduled and the office ladies took care of me. Once I got in he gave me a plan on what will happen the next few months while I was in his care. Few months passed and I have never felt better! I was able to feel my neck and my arms all over again! The muscle pulses were a little intense, but they were much needed to ease some tension in my muscles. She laid a heating pad on my back during the whole session. That was my favorite part. She even called me back after I had left to spell out a supplement that she had told me about so I could find what I was looking for. The last time I went in for an adjustment I was in and out the door in about 15mins. No wait and they greet you as soon as you enter the treatment room. I appreciate that your time spent there is efficient and not rushed. Sometimes you can be in and out of a business very quickly, but that doesn't mean that you got the treatment or things that you needed. I also appreciated that upon my first visit I met one of Katherine's colleagues just in case she isn't in when I come for a visit, it wouldn't be my first time meeting him.
