Established in 2016.

In April of 2016, I gave my 2-week notice and was a full-time business owner. As I started to realize that I have to do everything that comes with running a business I was giddy, happy as well as super excited about my future success gained through helping other people with their projects. It is an amazing feeling as you accomplish all the hard work needed to start and run a successful small business, but I love every minute of it. The company has grown in 2017 and I feel very proud of myself for making the company a success in my first year. 2018 is going to be a huge year for the company and we will keep growing bigger each and every year as we continue to help our clients with their earth moving projects. I was a Diesel Mechanic for 14 years and one day I looked at where I was going in my life and decided to start my own bobcat business getting jobs done the correct way the first time. I also wanted to take control of my future, prove to my self that I can make a living with my skills in heavy equipment, selling. We have a big 2018 and it is going strong. We will be hiring in the near future to expand our team. We are looking for specific employees that will look at the company like it is there own, be respectful to our customers. I am growing a culture where self-improvement is a must in my business not only for me but my employees as well. We will help them have a better life, become a stronger individual, be able to think on your feet and figure out problems on there own but always know they can call me if they need help with something. I push my self hard and will expect my employees to work just as hard as I do. I have no problem getting in and showing them how something is done.
