I had a family loyal and loving family member whom literally lived 21 human years old and she was a pitbull but she was so obedient and the kind where I would have gladly gave over most of my family to take her place in death. When my dog passed away yesterday on Labor Day, I had no idea what to do. I knew I wanted to cremate him but didn't know anything about how that process worked. After calling a nearby place in Corpus that I was dissatisfied with, I decided to google for some more. Bill's was the first to come up on google. When I saw "Rockport", I thought it was far, but we can still make the drive. When I spoke to Bill on the phone, he explained everything to me and also suggested I check out his website. I was able to select what I wanted and was able to pay online through PayPal. And even though it was a holiday, all of the prices stayed the same. Bill then called me within minutes to ask me what time we wanted him to pickup my dog. I was shocked at how easy everything sounded because it sounded too good to be true. The driver Thomas showed up right on time and was very compassionate towards our family. The vehicle that he came in was setup very nice inside and organized to make my dog secure on his ride over. He said that I could have my dogs ashes back by the next morning. They kept their word and just dropped them off in a beautiful box along with a certificate of cremation.
