This is one of our go-to places for Taco Pizza. Unfortunately, tonight's service was less than satisfactory. The pizza arrived with actual ground beef vs. the usual meat balls. Not sure if this was a substitution or a miscommunication with waitress, so we let it slide--it really didn't affect the taste of food served and was a welcomed change. However, in the middle of eating dinner, the waitress brings us the check, explains the charges, and tells us to let her know if we need boxes. And then she disappeared. No where to be seen for rest of meal--didn't follow up and ask how our food was, if we needed refills or anything--just vanished. After finishing our meals, we waited around for quite a while, and I finally walked up to service counter to request boxes. The disappointing part was the kids' spaghetti noodles were overcooked (to the point of mushy-but I wasn't told until most of meal was consumed) and my daughters were looking forward to the funnel sticks for dessert. We are frequent patrons of this location and very disappointed with our visit. We hope it was an "off" day and will return to hopefully better service in the future. That being said, I recommend Taco Pizza and Spaghetti (as sauce is meaty & has good flavor). read more

I want to start with something positive... the pizza is amazing but unfortunately that is where it stops. We waited five minutes at the door before anyone came to seat us (no one was waiting ahead of us). We waited awhile before the waitress took our order and were there for thirty minutes before we got our food. I asked for a refill on my drink when the pizza arrived (anticipating a wait) and was over halfway through my meal with an empty glass before she brought my refill. Once we were finished eating we had to wait to receive our bill as well. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this one was unavoidable. My soft chips were dripping with cooking oil. They were not even edible. The 2 subs I got barely had any meat on them to constitute paying $10. Back in the day Bill's pizza was the place to go but they have seriously let quality take a back seat. I will not recommend or support this place any longer. The oldest employee in there was tending bar leaving nothing but teenagers running the kitchen. I support working teenagers but they need an adult around for encouragement and quality control. Lastly, when I went in to pick up my food there was one irate person in the lobby that had been waiting a very long time for to go food and another person that came to pick up an order that staff didn't even have a record of. The large pie is about 2 inches smaller than standard size, it lacks spices and the just barely there crust was soggy. On the recommendation of a friend, we took a "ride" every moment in anticipation of wonderful pizza. Our pepperoni and Hawaiian pizzas were not good, lacking spices, and had soggy crusts. Most any store bought frozen pizza would have been more acceptable. On a positive note they are generous with the amount of toppings. However, the pineapple need to be grilled. Overall, the pizza was very tasty and I enjoyed it though I have one (maybe negative) comment/ observation. In my mind a margherita pizza has fresh tomato sauce with dollops of fresh mozzarella, sliced or whole tomatoes and fresh basil. The pizza I received had shredded mozzarella and finely diced tomatoes with perhaps a little bit of dried basil throughout. So in my opinion, I received a cheese pizza with diced tomato topping. Half the food was on the counter, and no gloves were in sight, or soap. Left with bowel issues and sever mental scarring. My parents actually took me here as a kid(the randleman road location) and it has been my favorite pizza place ever since. This location is closer to where I live now so I tend to go here. The pizza's here don't taste anything like what the traditional pizza places serve. And that being said with 100% positive note. The sauce is delicious, it's not sweet but very savory which is why I fell in love with it. I usually get the plain pepperoni or the taco pizza. At Bills they use the small cubed pepperoni's which are my favorite. The taco pizza is amazing. It's literally a huge taco and you won't find anything like it anywhere else.
