So let's go to the beginning when In contact with the hair stylist I asked for medium box braids . She told me the price , the time and location all was good. I arrived and although the building was dirty I proceeded to get my hair done .. the girl took a million breaks & I was okay with that because I'm a smoker too . But some breaks she just took without me .. halfway doing my hair she got tired and had to have someone help her . & when she was done then the owner told me I had to leave (I couldn't wait for my ride inside) But all of that didn't matter when I seen my head omg. Horrible these are NOT MEDIUM BOX BRAIDS . So overall horrible hair , horrible service , rude employees and owner
