The Manager's (Nancy Barac) only explanation for this was that the "licensed insurance broker" with whom I spoke didn't know how insurance works... Took the car to get fixed at BMW and when it came time to reimburse, was told BMW charged too much and they would only cover half the expenses. That's after his own agent stated that the vehicle can be repaired anywhere we please. As far as I am concerned, that is unacceptable especially to a long time customer.
