I ordered Meatball got Chicken!?!?!? They don't even remotely sound alike!?!?!
    Nicole B.

I will be back but this is not the first time this has happened!?!? I do enjoy the food I order and this is not on the cashiers because he repeated my order back to me. But the kitchen must have mis read or something because I order a MEATBALL Parmigian hero, add pepperoni and extra cheese. The guy at the register repeated that and said it when he called it out for pick. I get all the way home and it's the driest thinest BREADED chicken parm!?!?!? No I can not walk back and calling you means nothing tried that. I really do not want to deconstruct my order at the counter every time I come in.....me, my stomach, my heart & soul are devastated and highly disappointed!!! GEEESHHH $16 WASTED....

This regular slice has been TRANSPLANTED into this half-regular-half-mushroom pie

As you can see in the photo, A not-fresh regular slice has been TRANSPLANTED into my pie...not even in Third World country pizza place I have experienced this. I ordered via SLICE and requested oregano on the side and that was ignored! Pizza was not even lukewarm...but because it looks reheated more than one time I did not bother re-heating Giving two stars because the dough was not as stiff as other places on the same price range. The only redeeming factor! Never again! p.s. not a typical new york pizza type. it is just a typical football pizza you can get in any part of the country

Ordered a pick up order for 2 pizzas.pizzas were very good. Felt like it needed a bit more time in the oven though. The dough felt a bit too chewy but it was still very delicious.

Billy's, are you serious? We paid $50 to be delivered pizzas that look like they were flown here upside down.

This is the second time we have ordered. First time was better, I had eggplant rollatini, my boyfriend chicken parm. Today was delivered late, food cold, and what really compelled me to write this review was the "chicken Alfredo" which had almost no sauce on it. Once I re-heated the cheese slice it was pretty good. I would 100% try someplace else next time

Decided to stop here on a whim. This is my second time here because hubby craved an eggplant parm hero with mushroom and extra Parmesan cheese. I really enjoyed the slices here and they have great variety ranging from philly cheesesteak pizza to chicken ceaser. It is right next to Medgar Evers College campus so it can be very busy at times. Since today is Sunday, it is pretty quiet but business is good. I was amazed by the bathroom decor. So upscale and roomy. I recommend Billy's for pizza and other Italian dishes if in the area staying or to go.

I haven't tried them all, obviously -- too many coffee shops -- but what I have tried, and come back to, over and over, is the products of the amazing team at Posto. It's not just about the skillfully made drinks or the balance of flavors, the fresh, Italian-style coffee or the filled-to-order Italian donuts and Maritozzos (iykyk) -- it's the overall ambience. You come here to put down the screen and enjoy the moment. So often do we rush through our coffees, or even bring them to meetings, at the beck and call of the city's hustle. But at Posto the kind, talented, customer-first team asks you to slow down and escape all of that, to savor every sip of coffee in the classic Italian style. Walking in feels more like a poem than a cafe. Gone are the transactional, disingenuous "how are you's" and instead you get to discover all sorts of fun barista (and bar) creations, Tuscan products, and fresh pasta. The servers and owner are always read to provide a recommendation, and like in Italian cafes, they bring whatever treats and drinks you land on to you. (My favorite aperol spritz is also from Posto.) Outside, the peaceful garden hosts two large umbrellas. It's vibrant, as if you're in a neighbor's backyard and they are willing to share a colorful moment with you, birds chirping overhead. As I finished the last drop of my cappuccino this morning, I realized that forty-five minutes had passed, and every sip of coffee was just as good as the last. Thank you!

The things I usually look for in a coffee shop: a friendly neighborhood vibe, a nice place to work,…read morea stellar brew, and perhaps a delectable snack to go with it. I don't feel like Un Posto hits the nail on the head for any of these. The menu is incredibly confusing--one part is on a chalk board, another is written under the countertop, another two are printed out next to the register and they all say different things without explanations of what any of the drinks even are. I spent at least 10 minutes letting other folks in front of me at the counter because I was paralyzed by choices I didn't understand, luckily the baristas were able to provide clarity on some of them. They have cocktails, coffee cocktails, coffee drinks, and several food menus. We came hungry, only to see the sandwich menu taken away because they were out (this was at 3 pm, and they close at 7). This is such a New York thing, but if you're selling cocktails and groceries until the evening, running out of mortadella sandwiches is not the same as when Radio Bakery sells out by noon... Maybe it's me but I'm not particularly looking to get a plate of prosciutt and burrata with my coffee (which is what they had left), and the sandwiches here are supposed to be amazing and were the main reason why we chose this place. We had come here to co-work, but saw that there were no laptops allowed, not even in a specific window, just period. I take issue with this because for some of us, coffee shops are vital spaces not to get sucked into the void of our screens but to write, share ideas, and work in the company of our support system. The coffee I got was an Italian iced coffee with no milk and almond syrup, pretty good but a smallish portion. My friend's latte was white, and tasted like foamy milk with just a hint of espresso... very odd. Usually that cool pretentious European vibe results in delicious food and drink, so I expected to be blown away, but it was just okay. Some of the higher-up staff are quite snippy, doesn't seem like the kind of place where if you're a regular people know your name and want to chat. The accusatory sign in the bathroom really says it all. The best part of this place is the gorgeous back patio, but it's harder to enjoy it when you've walked into a place that already makes you feel like you don't belong there, implying you're a toilet-clogging laptop addict who doesn't know any coffee lingo. I could see stopping in to pick up some fresh pasta and grabbing a cappuccino to go, but what's the fun in that?

Located in (Crown Heights) Brooklyn, NY is a place that's been around longer than I have been on this earth! When my cousin suggested that we get pizza, my family wasn't to enthusiastic. But after the bus ride across town to get a "Slice" and a "Pie", things changed quickly. My cousin explained to my family that "up here (NY), we don't do Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa John's or any of that. If you want a real "slice" you go to the Italians, and thats exactly what we did. We knew it was an amazing spot, because of all the foot traffic and phone calls they were receiving; it just didn't stop, lol. Once we placed our order: 1 Cheese pie, 2 slices of Pepperoni, and one slice of Pepperoni and Sausage (the sausage wasn't any of those crumbles we get down south, they were real slices) We had a time laughing and picking at my children trying to eat a slice (it was hilarious; you had to be there), I showed them the proper way to fold a slice to consume... It was a memorable experience to say the least. The taste was immaculate to say the least... I was immediately humbled and saddened at the same time, at some point I have to return home back in the south and I am not looking forward to it. For those that live here; somebody should have told me!!!, lol. But if you're ever in the area, passing through, or plan a trip, please make this a food stop on your list, you will NOT be disappointed!! You dont even have to take my word for it, try for yourself and see the difference from what you're used to!!!

We went around Christmas and it was decorated inside. The restaurant was packed. Every single table was full. Everyone was having the best time. Even the bar was totally full of people ordering drinks before they were seated. The food is classic, New York Italian. Everything is a very well done version. The veal Parm was one of the best I've ever had. The caramel cake at the end was truly beyond. I can't recommend this experience enough. We were served bread and some antipasto to start. The calamari was a classic and I loved the sauce -- it had a good spicy kick to it. The baked clams were okay. The Fisherman's Platter is a must and good value with its generous portion of seafood. It can definitely be shared amongst two people. The baked vodka penne was also good but portion was on the smaller side. I would say Michael's is a must try at least once.
