Binny's usually has online coupons to use in the store that are practical and fun. The promotion I used today looked identical to one I've used before, however it was limited to wine and spirits. Pretty sneaky. Shame on them. I had to do the walk of shame away from the register to replace the four pack of Krombacher Hell beer with more wine. I had practically no fun at all. This is the first time I've been to a Binny's . I stopped into the Meijer and decided to see what was inside Binny's. This review is focused on the craft beer section. It's mind-boggling all the amazing and creative craft beer art that is available nowadays. Their stock of craft beer was amazing to me. A full long aisle of many I had never seen before. Very cool. And from what I have read this is one of their smaller stores. I was impressed and will have to seek out the larger stores next time I pass through. read more

Customer service dude/hippie is ridiculous. After going to Orlando location 15 minutes prior I bought a bottle that had a 15 dollar difference and asked for an adjustment. Had receipt, bottle, and same day. He told me go to the orland location return the bottle, and come back to buy theirs. He also wouldn't return it cause he's not gonna carry it anymore. So instead lf making the adjustment he wants to inconvenience you so you won't get the difference. Avoid this location. read more

This was a nice Binny's out in a newish area of Mokena right off US 30. I had tried to find a particular item at the Binny's closer to my home but they didn't have it. I got on the website and found it listed at this one ... and sure enough they had it just as promised. This Binny's was just a bit smaller than the ones I am used to, but they had all the stock and everything you have come to expect from Binny's. Loads of wines and liquors line the aisles and the selection is very good. They have an especially heavy assortment of craft beers. Nice location, nice layout, and nice personnel working the store. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The selection and pricing are excellent, but most importantly, the management and staff are second to none. They do a great job of helping with recommendations, either for or against, and remembering when you've asked about something that was out of stock and pointing out when it comes back in. They work extremely hard to reward the customers with excellent service and a personal experience, and are great people, without exception. Go here for all your party needs!! read more

We love the Binny's in Modena IL, we are in In close to Wiseguys or LiqGo in Northwest In but prefer Binny's. The staff is so helpful and unlike what we have available by us Binny's always has the product. Their tagline is "if you can't find it at Binny's, it's probably not worth drinking". That's probably largely true, especially when it comes to wine and liquor here. The beer selection is good, not exceptional, but they have enough to make it better than any other liquor store in the area. Prices are always reasonable- and they run great sales in addition. The staff here know their stuff incredibly well. Overall the best liquor store I know of- and they will deliver via Instacart, so 5 well-deserved stars for Binny's. read more

I typically come here for all of my libation needs but more recently the Hispanic heavy built security guard made it very apparent that following me around the store was appropriate. Not only did he follow, he stared and watched me like a hawk which was incredibly uncomfortable. Every other staff member was kind and helpful. I have no idea why this man approached me out of everyone but shame on him; I am African American so maybe that was the reason but the nerve of him is so unsettling. He even stared at my fiancé and I as we walked out after purchasing our items. He is a bad representation of a pretty reputable company. I will not be retuning. read more

Basically a very large liquor store. You can almost fine anything out there. You can even order kegs for parties or have your wine purchase cooled quickly in the chiller. It must be a popular place because I've seen lines of twenty or more people waiting to get in before they even open. read more

went in for my mom to get alc for a family party bc my dad had back surgery. brought my 2 brothers to help me carry items and my one brother didn't have an ID. Tony the manager refused the sale even though my brother and i had ID's. my mom called and tony had no logical explanation. "i don't know who will drink the alc when they leave". like what?? no one ever does. my brother and i HAD VALID ID's and we're trying to help my mom bc dad is post surgery. my family buys a lot from binnys for their business parties. they will be going elsewhere now read more

Yes yes yes. I contacted Binnys about getting in a hard-to-find whiskey and they were able to deliver! I received a friendly phone call when my order came in, and the pickup was equally friendly and easy. I also picked up some Old Style.... just cuz. There's ample parking here compared to the one in South Loop, without all those pesky beams to try to weave around. Go here. Buy stuff. Drink it. Be happy. Cuz you can't get better service than what they provide at this Binnys. read more

Bought $100 worth of booze and the cashier was extremely rude. When my dad asked her if she was having a bad day she replied "did you not see that you almost knocked that bottle off the counter?" I guess trying to help unload the cart is frowned upon? This behavior is common at this Binny's among cashiers and coming from someone who has worked numerous customer service jobs this behavior is unacceptable. She was at cashier station #2 and made a snide remark to us as we walked away. I'm not one to leave negative reviews at all but this really bothered me. read more

They have a lot of different beers which is great! However, being a brand new store it sure does feel like you're walking back into the 90's. It just feels crowded, and dirty! Though it's not actually dirty.. The checkout is small, and can get backed up. The one in Orland is a lot nicer. read more

The whiskey manager Thomas always helps me pick the best from their aisle of hundreds of whiskeys. The cigar room has every option you could want and the craft beer is always the latest and greatest. Looking for vino? This is where Binnys really excels, with several long aisles of every wine you could ever want. Plus their wine experts are on site to help you find that perfect bottle of grapes.
