great product poor service- was told by customer service it can be up to six weeks between application's. they came out in March but there was no service in April by yard sits on a pond and the weeds are thick and my grass is brown to light green. I called a 2nd time, i was told they should be out the 1st week of May. This is my second time i have tried their services. the first was during the pandemic 2020. I canceled the contract for poor service because they said we were on the edge of their service area, but evidently in their sales area. The product works great when applied It would be helpful if my account would show a calendar for est. time of services. It shows just billing and contacts. Paid for and requested a lawn aeration based on their own marketing they sent to me. I paid for services on September 28th. It's October 12th and still not completed. I'm being told other customers are more important than me and this is why services have not been completed. Really? It's been a half of a month that has passed, 15 days. Their own marketing states timing for aeration is very important for a healthy lawn. Text messages are not answered or returned timely and no services provided. Very unhappy with the bait and switch and money in the till with no services provided. We had a simple agreement. They reached out to me and sold me something. I agreed to it and paid them and now nothing. Stay away from this poorly run, clearly understaffed company!!!!!! read more

This appears to be a bait and switch to me. This company appears to be eco posers, trying to capitalize on genuine concern for health. Called another company that is able to control dandelions without these cancer causing chemicals. Called for organic lawn services. It turns out that while they claim to be eco friendly, based on my conversation with the person on the phone, they are not eco friendly. They use herbicides and claim that they spray the property from corner to corner. When I pressed about safer alternatives this guy has the audacity to try and BS me about how all products are harmful and even Dawn dish soap has a warning. Sure like herbicides are even in the same class of chemicals as dish soap. I have never heard of someone getting cancer from dish soap but I hear ads every day for attorneys soliciting business from people who have gotten cancer from herbicides. Very unhappy. read more

After trying a few services biolawn simply gave the best results. As I've come to learn after a couple seasons with them, the more organic approach isn't just about being environmentally friendly. It's also delivers the best result. It's the difference between preventative measures and fixing problems temporarily, which was what my previous services did. I recommend trying biolawn but only if you have patience to wait for the great results (at least four applications). read more

The concept of using organics to control & improve a lawn is a great one. It's just unfortunate that this business is unable to work within a working person's timeframe to come out & perform the job. I gave BioLawn the option to perform work before 9 AM M-TH or at any time on a Friday. Apparently that's too restrictive. BioLawn declined my very reasonable request, saying they wanted to be "upfront" & wouldn't want to "disappoint me" because I have what I feel are very realistic parameters for when service should occur. So if you're a working person with a real work schedule & do not have the luxury of taking time off at BioLawn's convenience, I'd suggest you go with a more established service & not a business who is so boutique it can turn away jobs. read more

As stated by another Yelp review here, organics are a nice concept but appears to be lacking in execution. To be sure, some parts of my lawn do look better but other areas aren't free of weeds. Also it appears one of the previous applications burned my lawn which is disappointing. I'll run this season out for applications but I can't say I recommend this approach to lawn care, simply too many gaps compared to non-organic methods. read more
