Also they are one of the very few shops in the Netherlands which accept foreign debit/credit cards :) I went to this location about once or twice a week for a month, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful in my opinion.

As per the invoice, I was prepared to pay EUR 4 for extra the cart (box). Additionally, I have prepared the cart (box) from the previous order of Ekoplaza to give back in exchange for the new one. The delivery person refused to take the previous Ekoplaza cart (box) in exchange for the new one. He refused to take EUR 4 payment for the new cart (box) either. He could not explain why. He only kept raising his voice at me and insisting that I empty the cart (box) he brought immediately. Considering that it was a man almost 2 meters tall, it looked very menacing. On top of that, he did not keep social distance and was NOT wearing a mask. After I said that I would not be unpacking in a rush, he started taking my food out and putting it directly on the floor. When I asked him to stop doing that, he said he was fed up, that I could keep the cart, and stormed out. All done in a raised voice, to which my neighbors could be witnesses, as they easily heard everything through their doors. Right after this incident I called customer support and reported it to the agent that picked up. She recommended calling the shop directly and explaining them. But their phone is not mentioned anywhere. So instead I wrote an email to the customer support describing this situation. The next day I received a call from a representative of the store. He called to tell me that the delivery person was right and I was wrong. Without even offering an apology for the rude and inappropriate behavior of their delivery personnel or asking any questions. Really, really bad service. This is not the way to treat returning customers. It was definitely my last online order with Ekoplaza and I will not be going to the store which sent this delivery either.

They have a breakfast menu that supposedly opens at 10am, but we went 5+ times and it was never available. One of the waiters served us a croissant from the market bakery, so we thought we could bring food from there and have coffee. Even though they weren't serving any food and the kitchen wasn't open for 2 more hours, they made us leave for eating pastries from the bakery. There were no other customers there. They were super condescending, and we were left feeling pretty confused since they're attached to the supermarket and don't serve any food themselves besides yogurt and croissants (from the same bakery). We went 5+ times during our trip, and almost every server was rude, avoided eye contact with us, and would walk away when we were in the middle of ordering. Don't come here if you're looking for somewhere tourist-friendly!

Had some bitterballen and fried cheese both good. For dinner each of us had a different burger (with bacon and vegetarian with jackfruit). Cooked medium the beef burger was great! Very fresh,great produce on it. No cheese but didn't need it. The bread it was served on was so nice. The market has everything and very nice quality.
