We came for a facial which included the face analysis at the beginning. After this experience, I believe the quality of your experience is highly dependent on your facialist. They are not all on the same level. For someone who spends a lot of time on skin care and routine, there was nothing new or enlightening that was explained to me from the analysis. This is disappointing as I expected and expert to be able to tell me something new. The facial itself was okay but she didn't explain anything, where I found out after my friend's facialist explained almost every step. Post-session Is also underwhelming - I asked for green tea and was given black, and it wasn't hot. The products from my regime were explained but not in detail. Sooo I was introduced to these product by a spa in San Fran - she told me it would change my life and I would be a part of the cult following and i soooo am!!!! These products may not smell so great but they have cleared my hormonal acne up but works as a great spot treatment. Unfortunately I was not able to book a facial here since I was in Paris for a few days ( recommend months in advance ) but I did stock up on products. I got my masque, p50w, face and lip moisturizers , serum treatments, as well as facial cleansers, and a few face accessories. They customer service was spot on - these women know their products to a tee and even suggested a few new products and solutions to problems I was having such as peeling. This spa is beautiful from what I saw - it's tucked away so you may walk right by it on Champs-Élysées street. Wasn't able to get a lot of pics my phone died. If I ever come back I will absolutely get a facial. I'm sure it will be great experience. I also saw men coming in and out which I appreciate as well. It looked super clean, I saw stations to do hair and I saw people walking from downstairs so I assume spa is down there. read more

The aesthetician did not give me a proper facial, but rather rubbed some products on me with long breaks in between. There was not even a facial massage or a good analysis of my skin. She made brilliant recommendations to me and was just so kind, knowledgeable and professional. For an upcoming two-week trip to Paris, I was very excited to experience the cult-status spa at the Biologique Recherche flagship spa. However, as a loyal and enthusiastic long-time user of their amazing p50 lotion and amazing masks, I was very disappointed by the communication and booking at Biologique Recherche. First off, you cannot book treatments online. As an international traveler to many world-renowned spas in the past--this was a big surprise to me. However I persevered, and submitted an online request through their website over 3 weeks before my anticipated visit. However through many delays of communication by the staff despite my follow-up, they ran out of bookings for the entire week I was open and were not at all apologetic. Nor did they make an effort to fix their mistake. They don't appear to value international customers. read more

Extremely kind professional and beautiful salon at the end of the champs elysee (away from l'arc) you have to engage in a series of emails to book the appointment but it's worth. I am a true believer in Biologique Recherché. My daughter and I had a spa day last week when we were in Paris. We already only use Biologique, but we loved every minute of it.
