Then I had to be seen by the nurse to get cleared because of bruises from previous jabs. There is one person who isn't good at inserting the needle. That arm has been rejected 4 times! And now I'm past the $100 incentive stage. It's down to $40 bucks. Oh, only one side of the room is being used. So, the lines are long even after you get in. You lose your place if you have to see the nurse. So, maybe I'll cut back. Oh, the outside of the place is filthy. Flys, gum and cigarette butts, trash at the entry. I'm writing this out of anger because I wasted over 2 hours.

It's blood donation time again!…read more I've been donating on a off for about 10 years; different donations at different venues. This time I donated twice the amount...my Holiday gift for those who need it (more than I do?). What helped speed things along; doing the questionnaire online before the appointment. The decent breakfast before and staying hydrated helped. It didn't take long as everything was over within the hour. The building? Part of the medical center in a different location, dealing with corporate "suit and tie" issues. The WIFI's strong, the bathroom's clean and the staff's professional. Lots of handicapped and customer parking near the front. Not sure how well daily business goes on here, but for the blood drive it was worth it.
