I ended up with exactly what I wanted and she is like a hair artist. While cutting the hair she was very attentive to her work, wasn't paying attention to anything else. That was reassuring of the work. if I add to that the shampoo and kind attention I will definitely recommend it. At least for guys. I didn't make any appointment, but I went on a slow day
