We were looking on the North East, East, and South East side of Huntsville and Nicole was a wealth of knowledge about the areas and schools. She seemed to know everything about the city and surrounding communities. It was amazing! She worked very hard to negotiate a good price on the home. She worked tirelessly with the buyer and the buyers agent to negotiate repair work and all other items needed for closing. She took the time to research reputable repair companies for any of the pre-closing repair work, recommended a fabulous lending agent, checked out the neighborhood and our new neighbors, directed us to utilities and cable, walked around with the home inspector, and guided us to additional contacts like locksmiths and fencing companies. She did this with such skill that at the closing all parties, sellers, sellers agents, the lawyer and ourselves were smiling, sharing stories, and joking around. Everyone was happy. In addition, the realtor selling our current house was not doing a good job, so Nicole even provided some guidance for that sale of our current house. All we can say is "Wow"! I got James to do a small bathroom remodel for me. The price was much cheaper than the other two…read morewho quoted however I got what I paid for. Hard to get ahold of. Shows up on his own time but asks to be paid before work is done. Sloppy craftsmanship. Rarely returned calls. Left rubble underneath the house when he told me he cleaned it all up (had to replace floor joists). Had to get his guy helping put in tile to come back and fix many jagged edge pieces after it was grouted. Eventually I got to the point where I stopped asking him to come back and I smoothed all the drywall out myself and re-mudded a few areas. I was not intrusive in any manner but wanted to make sure I had a decent bathroom that would pass inspection.
