At the end of our meal, we asked for a box and put the potato inside. The potato broke apart revealing all the crab meat at the bottom. Once trying it, I realized how foul it was!!! I also was able to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal here and it was excellent and far better than I expected. They even offered a Thanksgiving poboy which I only know of 2 places in New Orleans that do that with the one at Parkway Bakery getting huge lines for their version. I was sad to hear that they just closed on October 12th 2025. The good news is that they are opening a new location in Port St. Joe, Florida about 25 miles west of Apalachicola. I hope to visit them at their new location someday sooner than later. I hate for Orange Beach to lose another great dive spot with good to great food served later into the night.
