I have been here a handful of times already from a prescription repeat through to post-travel sickness. Each time I have been seen by Dr Rayar and he has been lovely. He is knowledgeable and doesn't rush you. He is not very smiley so I make it my goal to make him chuckle at my weirdness every time I see him. The front desk staff are always super nice, the surgery is new and clean, I always get an appointment quickly. They bulk bill! And the best feature of all of that you can book your appointment online. It is amazing, why don't all surgeries do this?? So if I am feeling sick at 7pm at night, I don't have to wait til 8.30am to call and hope to get an appointment, I just book it online!

Absolutely pathetic! took my son there recently as he had a head injury, really dizzy, vision,…read morecouldn't stand straight as back was so sore, confusion etc and the first thing I got greeted with was a receptionist having a go at me as I didn't take my Medicare card ( I had come straight from footy and they had my card details on file ) when we finally got to see a doctor, much to my suprise he did not even check my so s gead, said he was fine.... when I asked if he could at least. Heck his pupils he said no, son asked my he had blurred vision if he was apparently fine, doctor said I cannot answer that we r with my gut instict and took him to the mater children's emergency! We went straight in, got seen to immediately by a doctor! Got rushing in for CT scans and eye tears and spinal tests etc! Ended up having to stay there and walked away with whiplash & moderate concussion! was not aloud to do anything including school for 3 weeks it was so bad! Needles to say this doctor was incrlucky I didn't take his advice and just go home..... my son could be in so much of a worse condition! Doctor should certainly be reported!
