The taste of the sea fills the mouth and its salinity lingers. Then a pot of steamed moule with shoestring frite. About a half kilo and I couldn't eat even one more. They were delicious. Despite last-minute additions and cancellations before our meal and the late arrival of some friends, Katinka and Vanessa remained charming throughout. The cuisine is very refined, and the portions are perfect. The value for money is excellent; Vanessa and Katinka are always remarkably cheerful and attentive. We had a friend with a severe disability with us, and the Café staff went out of their way throughout the meal to ensure our lunch for eight went perfectly; they even lent a hand to help our friend get to his transportation.
