So I recently called B & B Towing to have a vehicle of mine towed from Walmart's tire shop that was…read moretowed there by another towing company that removed it off someone personal property that didn't call this Tow company to have it removed, to my home in New Hope because the other company had no clue what I was talking about needless to say had been sitting at the Tire Shop for 2 days. I was never informed by anyone that it needed to be remove from the personal property nor the tow company who towed it to begin let me know it was towed there. Why there have no clue but family and friends informed me it was there. Keep in mind this vehicle is a running vehicle just lost the key to it and have been having trouble getting a key cut for it. Bubba was more than welcome to tow my vehicle free of charge and on top of that gave me the name and number of a place that cuts keys because I have a blank key and the codes just noone to cut it for me. So Thanks B&B Towing for making a horrible situation better and for you help! Definitely very trustworthy tow company dependable understanding and helpful! Most definitely will use again in the future if need to do so and will be telling anyone who needs their vehicle towed or any kind of service like that to CALL B&B TOWING! When the guy arrived he rushed me when I was getting stuff out of my car before he loaded it up and was rude the whole time. When he got back to the lot he was more than eager to repeatedly tell me I couldnt get anything else out and that I had to leave. They stole my xm radio, 3 tennis rackets, a vaccum, and a couple necklaces from my car. Of course they denied everything so if you bought any of those items at a pawn shop in Columbus in this past year, you probably have my stolen property.
