Anna has been so helpful assisting me with sketches, floorpans, finishes, design ideas, suggestions on what I can and can't do and also staying within my budget. I never thought I'd be a person using an architect - I think of them as being too expensive for my budget. The cool thing about Anna is that she does higher-end commercial/residential work but also likes to work with normal folks like me who don't need brand new construction and just need "a la carte" services at affordable prices. The whole house buying/remodeling process can be very overwhelming, but Anna's helped me feel less stressed and more informed. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd make a lot of decisions I might end up regretting down the road. Highly recommend!

Well, we wanted someone to come by to give us an estimate for a new and what will be an expensive 4…read moreseason patio room. Their website contact form only requires your email, with a mobile number optional. We thought email was the way they would go and I also mentioned this in my initial inquiry through their web form. For us, we opted for email (documents all that was said) and had hoped to set up an appointment easily for someone to come by in person to answer our many questions and see our rough sketches and pics of what we we wanted to build. That did not happen. I got an email from them that they don't arrange an appointment by email and they require a ~15 minute phone conversation first to "be on the same page" as they replied to me. I replied to them that having a person come by to talk to face to face and avoiding a pre-screening process by phone upfront was the way we wanted to do this and having an estimator here would indeed put us all, "on the same page". Definitely Bad vibes here right from the start and the person handling new contracts and estimates never replied back to me after my reply. Attitude is everything! We won't be in touch with this company again. Lost sale! We have two other estimates scheduled and they were set up easily through emails to the contractor and in only a few minutes. A 3rd estimate is pending and that was done with just a few texts back and forth. Simple, straight forward and brief ....it's our way of getting things done as it is for many of the contractors in our area for estimates, ...but, it is definitely not the Lewis Creek's method!
