As someone else has mentioned - English isn't the first language here so there are menus on the wall when you walk in - you point at the amount of time you want , the different types of massage ( Swedish , hot stone etc ) be sure you are clear . There is a clock that has a timer in your room - and you do get the ENTIRE hour! (Most places give you 45 min .) if you want lavender or coconut oil it's an extra 10$ ( I am not big on scents so didn't add this ) It was honestly the best massage I've had in Birmingham! CC is amazing ! And there is a system to how she worked ( I tried to point out my shoulders hold most tension & not sure she understood completely- but she covered EVERYTHING!
