The restaurant is simple but it's a sit down restaurant with impeccable service. The tortillas are fresh and hand made and the birria....best birria I've ever had. Ever.
The broth was rich and complex. It was salty, which I like, but you can add lime to cut the saltiness down. They set down cheese and salsas (red ketchup bottle:red salsa. Yellow bottle:green salsa).
They also give you tortillas and tortilla with some dark stuff on it. Plz do your self a favor and roll it up eat that. One word:umami!
We drank the tamarind water which was perfect.
Just make sure you arrive at a good time. Lots of ppl have birria for breakfast
We arrived around 11:30am and they were almost out of birria. read more
