It comes with two sauces, one is like a creamy yogurt and the other is very flavorful and spicy. The lamb and rice were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Dosa 10/10 tangy, thin and crisp Mango lassi 10/10 Palak paneer 10/10 Lamb tikka masala 10/10 Chutneys are all 10/10 Punjabi samosa 10/10 Chicken 65 10/10 Garlic naan 10/10 flaky and packed with flavor, superb texture - I don't love when naan is too thick and slick with oil so this was excellent Everything hit, no misses. If they had aloo chana chaat with yogurt this would be the only Indian restaurant I go to locally. We were originally going to go to Mare e Monte but the line was too long and we all were simultaneously craving Indian cuisine. This happened to be right next door. Ambiance is more like a family restaurant so definitely expect kids and multiple family affairs but the noise levels didn't take us away from how excellent the food was !! If it matters to you they do serve water with water bottles. I personally love a nice iced cup of water esp to help refresh my mouth from the spices. that would be my only ding and that's nitpicking. The most AMAZING eggplant dish. I've never had anything like it. The lamb Biryani and naan were delicious. The dosa was enormous and filled with flavor bomb potatoes with seasoning throughout, really giving them texture. Everything was flavorful. The serving sizes were huge. The service was great. The ambiance and Everyone in there is warm and inviting. Our server took the time to explain each dish including the culture around it. I can see why they were so busy while we were there. Biryani Express is a locally owned spot that consistently does Indian comfort food right. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to when the biryani or dosa craving hits. As expected, the biryani is a standout -- fragrant rice, well-balanced spices, and generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and not overly oily, which I really appreciated. The dosa, though, is my personal favorite, served with flavorful chutneys and fresh sambar. The onion kulcha came out hot and fluffy (thanks to another Yelper for the recommendation!) and paired perfectly with the veg curry. Appetizers were crispy and well seasoned. I came here with an Indian friend truly excited to try it out. We ordered the pani puri to start with, the chutney or pani is a diluted generic chutney used as a condiment so disappointing! I got the chicken tikka kebab that came on a drizzling hot plate. It is a huge portion and I give them credit it is very well done and delicious My friend ordered some sort of biryani nothing truly special a pile of rice even her as an Indian was very disappointed The ambiance doesn't really feel exactly like an authentic Indian restaurant more like a cafeteria style The service was efficient prompt and the waitress was very kind and polite. Walked in and was hoping to sit down to eat but was told the staying area was closed. Although there was still customers acting and ordering. But was able to order to go. Dat down and waited for our food. Took about 10 minutes reasonable time for fresh food here I'd assume. Didn't mind it. Got my food went home to eat it. The service is friendly and the restaurant has adequate seating. The bathroom and restaurant were clean with subtle decorations. It is definitely popular and has a large takeout presence. We were a party of five and ordered many dishes so we could try a lot of different items. We had the lamb Tikka dosa, chili fish, paneer Tikka, chicken Tikka, goat biryani, sag paneer, garlic naan, garlic and cheese naan, butter naan, samosas and a veggie marsala. I think that is everything. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and the portions are generous. Saw their instagram post so decided to give it a try. Overall it was a very good meal and experience. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. However, because they do soooo much take out business, the kitchen was a little backed up for dining in customers. When the food did arrive it was delicious!! This Indian Restaurant is our top favorite when it comes to curry! It is a small place but usually customers order to go. They have few tables inside and no outside sitting. When you enter the restaurant it looks neat and very simple. Customer service is always enough nothing extra. The menu helps you understand what you are ordering, have pictures and defined description. We usually get Garlic and Plain Naan, Samosa (which is really good), Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Butter Curry and they have free water and rice comes with it. Be careful with the spice as they really give you the real indian spice kick unlike with other places we've been to. The price is also just enough on what you are getting. read more

I ordered a pickup order from here online. The dishes from here were good, but not quite as flavorful as we are accustomed to. The naan was particularly odd.... Small unassuming Indian restaurant in a strip mall. Only about 4 tables inside but was that to go shelf stacked! Constant people in and out so it has to be good. And it was. We ordered for pick up and got the Goat curry, Samosas, chicken tandoori meat, and garlic naan/paratha breads. Everything was excellent. The service however is so-so, regardless of how ahead of time you order you will get to the restaurant and still have to wait. That might just be cause the restaurant if always busy.
