It's really nice to have a secure mailroom. All of the big box shopping is one exit away. The building and grounds are clean and well-kept. The staff are great, very responsive and friendly, and always open to feedback (wow!) California Burritos is in the parking lot! Highly recommend.

Do NOT and I mean NOT involved yourself with this company especially if you are a family with children - they deserve to be in a safe home and neighborhood environment. If you are section 8 remember in these uneasy covid times you provide a regular rent check that a landlord can count on - so find better than these people offer! Walls had cracks in each room building got inspected it got pointed out but never fixed once agin. The property manager was just rude wicked nice at first but wicked rude thru out our whole lease. Rent is thru the roof for a two bedroom not worth it at all for the hassle we went thru. We could not be happier to be out of that place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't ever rent here.
