It's really nice to have a secure mailroom. All of the big box shopping is one exit away. The building and grounds are clean and well-kept. The staff are great, very responsive and friendly, and always open to feedback (wow!) California Burritos is in the parking lot! Highly recommend.

If you are section 8 remember in these uneasy covid times you provide a regular rent check that a landlord can count on - so find better than these people offer! Moving to WestGate crossing in Nashua is the biggest mistake I ever made. They treat you like renters, no one on the board follows the rules, but have full power to twist the rules to fine their own neighbors. I literally have my 3 year old son asking why an old lady takes pictures infront of our windows at 6am. This happened more than 3 times by the way. Contacting management does nothing.
