More harm than good…read more Have used their window cleaning services multiple times so naturally I hired them for a deep house cleaning in prep for guests. The staff they sent lacked even the most rudimentary house cleaning skills, they damaged a fixture, and left the house feeling less clean than before they arrived. I contacted the office the following day to report these problems. Owner did not bother to respond to my email detailing the issues. This is how they treat a repeat customer. I hired Blue Brush to come do a move out clean on a 2 bedroom townhome. I had used them several times before and while I usually had to have them come back and do part of the job that wasn't completed they always did so and I was relatively happy. I found out a few weeks after the cleaning job that they had damaged the drawers (veggie and fruit keeper) to the fridge and were working to replace them. I asked to get the drawers back but was told that the cleaner they had used had eaten away at the plastic and they were destroyed. They assured me that they would get replacement drawers and get it taken care of. Without going into full detail, I still don't have drawers for my fridge! The cleaning job was in December of 2020. I have contacted them so many times!! I have offered to buy the drawers and have them reimburse me and gotten no answer. I have worked with at least 4 different employees and each time have to start over with the proof on my part and the explanations. One employee told me they were just going to get a new fridge as they couldn't find the correct size of shelves but that never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone and my best advice is to find a reputable company that repairs damage if they cause it. PS- I notice that this review shows that I am from San Francisco but I live in Logan Utah and that is where the work was done.

Liam was a joy to deal with, and talked me thru everything. No hidden fees, or charges. He was here when scheduled, very thorough, took pictures to show me before and after along with all of this he worked thru a tsunami of a storm. I was amazed he kept on trucking, and finished in a few hours. My house had about 180ft of gutter to clean with some really high sections too. He made sure to address a problem area, and took extra time to make sure it drained away from the house. I also was impressed with his professionalism, and honesty. He didn't pressure any future cleanings just gave me the rundown of every year or 3 yrs. Then I asked about their other services, just to see if they would pressure sale me. Nope, just gave me the lowdown. I also want to let my military family know they gave me a discount for my service so that always means alot. So give them your business they are honest, priced fairly, and true professionals. Give Liam a raise!
